He is yearning to be with an ex-flame, who has worked with him in a few films and had lent her shoulder for him cry on during the recent turbulence in his life. Says a source,

He is keeping himself distracted by staying engrossed in work and catching up with friends once in a while. He regularly calls up his ex-girlfriend and co-star to talk about all that’s happening in his life and find out what she is up to. He has also told her that he is impressed with how her career is headed at the moment.

The actress is enjoying the attention that he has been showering on her.

Although she is dating someone one and busy with her own work commitments, she has been entertaining him. She is extremely fond of him, despite the fact that their break-up years ago had left her shaken.

Those close to the actor suggest that he is indeed trying to reconnect with his ex.

He calls her up frequently, and she makes it a point to speak to him during breaks in between shoot. No one knows what exactly is on the actor’s mind since he is still nursing a broken heart. But he is definitely trying to find some solace in his ex-flame.

    Hmmm I have a hard time thinking Ben Affleck is heart broken and the way this blind is written, it’s as though this woman is his ex girlfriend and co- star, so to me that means she is his co star right now and Ben and JLo are not in any projects together presently. Don’t know who it is, need to think on it.

    This isn’t Afflack and JHo, she isn’t an actress nor have they starred in multiple projects together. That was like a decade ago when they did the ill fated GiGi.

    If it’s Ben and Goopy, perfect! They’re both narcissistic,& habitual cheaters! I think every one of Goopy’s relationships,engagements, & marriage ended because she just can’t keep those legs closed and has no regard for just throwing people away. Ben?     It does sound like JLo and Affleck, but I don’t get why either would think it would work out any better this time than it did the last time. Since the reason they broke up the first time was because Ben supposedly cheated with a stripper, what would make her think he’d be faithful now, especially considering his marriage collapsed due to his boinking the nanny? Maybe she thinks anybody is better than Casper Fart – I mean Smart.

    Is it Ben and J. Lo? They were in at least two movies together. She is currently “dating” Casper and has a tv show and Vegas gig.

    Maybe they really love each other. Who knows? I just don’t think someone who seems as disciplined as J. lol would tolerate Ben’s behavior for a few months let alone the years Jen Garner did.
