    I don’t think anyone has mentioned Michael Schmidt. He has written blistering emails on both Weinstein AND Bill O’Reilly this year. Just going rogue and gonna put my money on him.

    If this were Piers Morgan , , I would say he ran up a huge Dry Cleaning bill because of the puke that landed on him after he did this ! I mean that guy ! That would be the first reaction of a female groped by him ! She would be to weak to muster up a slap ! Yes he has spent an inordinate amount of whatever on air time he can get nowadays defending the President to the mentally questionable denial point ! That guy is about as charming as watching a Warthog defecate !

    Rupert Myers is a British journalist and recently deleted his twitter after standing up and applauding women for being brave for the #MeToo hashtag, only to then be called out for his sexual assault of another journalist. He apologized in DM, but it’s been revealed that he did this horrid type of thing to other women he worked with.

    Optional: It’s hard to stand up to a boss since jobs pay rent. Married now and my SO is kick-ass so I tell him and he makes me tell HR, lol

    People guessing to be Ronan Farrow are so funny. I didn’t know gay people walk around grabbing women’s private parts. Probably not in this universe. Yes, he did write an article about Weinstein in NYT, but why would a British gossip site care about? It must be a British journalist like Piers Morgan.

    Optional: 17 yrs ago my boss (a school principal) grabbed a handful of hoohah as I walked into his office. I yelled what are you doing? He tried to excuse the incident and continued w/the meeting. I went home and cried. I told a co-worker; he reported it to HR. After months of ostracizing, victim blaming/shaming, he won the suit. I lost my job, was blackballed in ways and places I never imagined FOR YEARS. All because I spoke out about a “beloved man”. That’s why victims don’t speak up…

      I sued my employer for years of bullying. I won. The reprisal: further bullying. I turned up to work one day and NOONE would speak to me & access to the database central to my job was removed. I was invisible. All I could do was walk out. That was 6 yrs ago and I haven’t worked since…having developed several stress related illnesses. Years of academic excellence and professional experience down the drain.

      I logged in just to comment and say I’m sorry that happened to you. You are 100% correct, that is why victims don’t speak up. Even without intending to, a sympathetic ear can say things like “what did you do to cause it?” Or “why didn’t you do this or that?” Anyway, I’m really sorry that happened and I hope you are doing better now.

      I just read this. I am so sorry that this happened to you and you are correct in the reasoning as to why victims do not speak up. He knows he is wrong, he knows he is a lying POS and those who revere him know this too and it is all because of the power that he wields. He has done this to others who are afraid to speak up. Know this, they revere your courage, most of all, so does your daughter (as well as us here). Guaranteed, “beloved man” won’t be leaving this earth untouched!

      Oh Kyra, I feel for you. I worked for a guy who was an absolute letch, and the people above him KNEW to a degree as he had insulted customers, yet they glossed over it as he was good at his job (successful through bullying sales) when I complained about his grabbing hands I was treated the same as you, worst thing ever to be branded a liar. Proof is so important, yet so hard to get. I lost my job, yet I believe in karma. I heard their company went bust not long after. Still, it sucks.

      @Spaceship – I did – even tho I knew it would turn out exactly as it did. He was a School Administrator, I was his newly-hired secretary. He had a long line of “character witnesses” that spoke to his charity, generosity and everything else and I had a co-worker who witnessed him blocking the doorway preventing me from leaving before he gave me a disgusting hug and smooch on my cheek and then watched me run out trying not to cry. I was blackballed for years because of that.

      That’s exactly why I never reported the principal in the school where I was student teaching when I was just 22. He was a married father in his 50’s. He used to come into the classroom and tell filthy jokes. One day I was called into his office and he said some vile things about what he wanted to do to/with me that stopped me dead. I was utterly shocked and just left. I never told a soul because I knew it would turn out bad for me. Sorry you went through something so awful.

      Not Ronan. Pretty sure he’s gay, why would he be grabbing women by the p***y? Also, I’ve met him before at a social function and I definitely did not get this vibe from him at all. I know men like this who grope women and he is definitely not striking me as the type.

    something like this happend to me once. it was my husbands childhood friend who grabbed me by the butt in my own kitchen. I turned around ans said if it will happen again I will smack him with first thing I can get and he can then explain his wife why I did it. I was very angry and when I ‘m angry people take me very serious so he run away.

    No idea on the journalist.
    I’d slap their face HARD and make a scene. These creeps operate by relying on no one wanting to make a scene. I’d make a scene where there would be witnesses and call the police. What has happened to our collective dignity to think something like that is normal?

    I used to worked in an area that was dominance by men. This guy was always very vile. Once he told one girl he like to measure her nipples with a caliper. He said something very vile to me as he sitting on an open barrel. I shoved him, he slipped in, as he was struggling to pull himself out, I picked up a 40 lb roll and put in on his stomach and walked away. We didn’t speak to each other for over a year. He did get fired, but it was a fault claim. Girl wanted his job as supervisor. Irony.
