Cooking Up A Story

[Blind Gossip] This man hosts a cable TV show. He loves to talk about all the colorful guests who have been on his show over the years.

He also loves to make things up about the guests to make the stories more interesting!

He was telling this story about how he was trying to set up [this female TV chef] and [this director/actor] because he thought they would make a hot couple.

The part that he left out is that this would never happen in reality because [the director/actor] used to date this young guy they both know. Yep. He’s gay.

Need a little more help identifying the guests? The chef was born in another country, and the director/actor is close pals with a famous female talk show host.

    Well, Andy Cohen talks nonstop about his guests. He’s friends with Padma Lakshmi so maybe her or Giada for the chef.

    I’m stumped on the director/actor. James Franco?

    I know Cohen had Padma on WWHL recently with Tyler Perry but I don’t think it’s him. I just can’t imagine anyone, even Andy Cohen, thinking Tyler Perry could be half of “a hot couple.”

    (Also, I think if the director/actor’s friend was Oprah it would say something like “TV legend.” She’s not a talk show host any…

      Exactly! Plus, I’m sure Andy knows Tyler is gay so it doesn’t make sense that he’d set Padma up with him.

    Andy Cohen is always trying to set Padma up with men. I’m not sure who the Director/Actor is, which is what makes this story interesting. So I guess my comment is fairly useless!

    Tyler will never come out. I don’t know if he is truly a christian but all his stories talk about being a wholesome christian etc. He thinks his audience won’t like it that he is preaching and he is not doing what he is preaching.

      He impregnated a female via petri dish and married her in a private ceremony while his partner was his (really) best man. I can only imagine what the negotiations/payoff were like for that woman – as long as she keeps her mouth shut.
