Saoirse has been acting for over a decade in many well received films, she always garners positive criticism for her work, she is decade younger than keira and just got her first Oscar nomination which keira hasn’t had in awhile. Girl is doing alright.

If this is Shailene, she needs to shake things up. The Divergent series isn’t living up to the Hunger Games. It is not going to catapult her like HG did for Jennifer Lawrence.
I don’t think that following another’s career is a bad thing. It your are doing it to undermine another’s work – thats unethical. But if you are following another career as a model, or if the competition motivates you to do better, than go for it. It is a competitive business.
