    Not sure who this is but it depends on your own particular nature as to how much it messes you up. I’m from a European background so I was allowed a little wine with dinner from age 7. When I was about 14 I started drinking properly – like taking a water bottle full to school. I still got some of the highest grades in the country, went to a top 3 worldwide university and did a Masters degree. Now very happy in my job/relationship/life. I haven’t tried to water bottle trick in years.

    Ariel Winter was my first thought. We drank wine in my family at dinner (European background) from a young age, but I first got drunk at 14, on beer, with a girlfriend. Will never forget it, was awesome as it wasn’t enough to get me sick just buzzed, ha ha…
    This reminds me of high school when we used to mix rum in with our coke cans at lunch. Would use those plastic film containers to bring in the booze! Ah the good old days…

    I don’t think this is Ariel Winter. She’s 18 and there are quite a few cast members younger than her on Modern Family.

    I’m sure Ariel Winters drinks (as most 18 year olds do), but I get the feeling this is someone younger. There are four cast members on MF who are younger than her, so I wouldn’t describe her as “one of the youngest”.

      She is 18. Where I am from that is legal to vote, Drink, I was out in the clubs dressing just like her at that age. I know she is the popular guess here but I do not think it is her. I think it is someone younger.

    I was younger than her…I come from a conservative Jewish family so a little wine with dinner was always accepted. A couple of sips mixed with water.

      A little wine w/ dinner is acceptable. I was raised in Europe and it was just a given that you had a little wine w/ dinner, BUT to drink straight liquor from a water bottle during work hours?! That’s not even in the same atmosphere as a little wine w/ dinner.

      If this is Ariel Winter, then I’m starting to become concerned for her. I get this awful feeling that she is going to end up like Amanda Bynes and/or Corey Haim.
