Most couples who share a child/children would spend months or even years (hello, Brad and Angelina!) fighting over custody.

However, our actor and model managed to agree to a 50/50 split in five minutes… without fighting or legal threats or courtrooms!

Just how did these two paragons of maturity pull this off?

There was no dispute because the custody agreement was already part of the original contract when they agreed to have a “relationship” and a child together many years ago.

    I don’t think it’s legal in California to decide future custody of children that don’t exist. It’s not something that can be enforced in a prenup. So I’m skeptical of this item.
