Daft Marriage

[Blind Gossip] This action film has a big cast and not everyone is getting along!

[Actor 1] made some sort of remark about [Actor 2]’s having had a contract girlfriend. [Actor 2] came back at him and said, “Well, at least I’m not daft enough to turn it into a marriage.” [Actor 1] told him, “Go f*ck yourself,” and walked away. They normally joke around with each other, but this time they didn’t seem to be joking!

We thought these two actors were friends, so perhaps this was a one-off joke that went too far.

    Whomever uses the word “daft” in that context isn’t an American Actor – so it’s down to Cumberbatch, Hemsworth, Hiddleston as Actor 2. Actor one could be either Evans or Renner

    Clue: The guy in the picture is wearing a blue suit with brown shoes. Tom Hiddleston wears a blue suit with brown shoes. In fact, he just wore that exact outfit to the Avengers: Infinity War promotion in Seoul.

    Both actors were recently in press tour for Infinity War in Seoul. Sophie was a former escort turned Red Carpet girlfriend and ended up ‘married’ to Benedict while Taylor had pr relationship with Tom and the similar blind is also referring to Taylor Swift.

    Optional: Both relationship are FAKE. One relationship were a disaster and the other one is just a matter of time before the split happen.

      This blind must refer to a recent event like a day or two ago and both Benedict and Tom were together for press event in Seoul yesterday or perhaps on 11th (but Daily Mail posted an article about them on 12th) and ‘This action film has a big cast’ is clearly about the Inifinity War movie. Chris Hemsworth is in Australia and was pictured at Commonwealth Games. So, yes I’m pretty sure this is about both Benedict and Tom.

    Gotta be Hiddles as the unmarried, and Cumberbundle as the married.

    IIRC, Hiddleston was the only “star” to attend the Cumberbatch/Hunter wedding, so I think he’d know it’s not a marriage made of love.

    Welp.
    This sounds like Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hiddleston. Both in Avengers: Infinity War and was doing fan events together. Tom Holland posted some video of them backstage though and thought they looked fine… guess we’ll never know everything.
    I don’t think Hiddleston had ever had a contract relationship before T Swift. That one surely should make him stay away from another one… Always thought Cumberbatch’s wife looks suspicious. They tried but she doesn’t look like she’s into him

      Cumberbatch is supossed to be in Singapore now, don’t know if Hiddleston will come too.

    Optional everyone knows that the Swift Hiddleston relationship was fake. Many people in Spain believes that Elsa got pregnant to snag Chris and miscarried thru strict dieting and exercise. Chris is over his lust for her and tired of getting her parts in films and tired of her in general. I was surprised that no one printed what happened at the 2016 golden globe awards between them. They are fake.

    Optional: I think Nicholas Hoult’s relationship with JLaw was real, but was set up for publicity after Equals w/Kristen Stewart. Fassbender might like women, but it doesn’t seem like he likes his “wife.”

    Actor 1… maybe Chris Hemsworth? They starred in the other films together so were probably friendly before.

      [Optional] Both fake. Obviously Hiddleton/Swift was, but I can’t see the conversation going to same way for either Actor if the marriage was real.

      Actor 1 could be Hemsworth, Cumberbatch or Renner now I look at the cast list.

    Actor 2 I think is Tom Hiddleston
    Tom’s relationship with Taylor Swift was debatable
    They are both in Infinity War which is known to have a huge cast.
    Chris is married to Elsa Pataky and even if they have had problems, I believe Chris is completely genuine.
    The two actors have been really close but that closeness seems to have diminished.

    I think this is the Avengers – Actor 1 Jeremy Renner talking about Actor 2 Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift.
    Daft is a British thing to say – he is one of the British actors who has had a well known fake relationship.
    Jeremy Renner marrying his beard and having a baby then a bad divorce and lots of alimony so might be a little touchy about it.

    I really hope Tom’s relationship with Swift was fake. But the whole thing was just so beneath him IMO. As for BC, I don’t follow him much but I’ve heard some stuff about him and Sophie.

      Now that I think about it, Actor #2 could be Tom Hiddleston, who is also English. I didn’t realize he was in that movie.

      Yup I forgot to mention that in my comment. The word daft is British, so, we can rule out non-British actors. Or, possibly one actor could be non-British but I’m pretty sure they are both British/English

      Since both of these guys were in Band of Brothers in their late teens/early 20s (released 2001), they have a very long friendship and working relationship. But since McAvoy was also married (just divorced after 10 years), I don’t think he would jab Fassbender about marrying his beard. Also, I don’t think an arranged relationship would turn into a 10-year marriage. No reason for McAvoy to have had a beard back in 2005-2006.

      I’m thinking Hoult for actor #2.
