Well, guess what our star is doing? Dating a married man!

That’s not all. The man is the husband of one of her closest friends!

For the past year, our star pretended that they were just long-time friends and he was helping her with some business deals. Nope. They were having a full-blown affair!

[The Wife] never saw it coming. She has been friends with [Reality Star] for decades, and she never thought that she would make a play for [The Husband]. The three of them actually had dinner together late last year, and [The Wife] didn’t suspect a thing. She feels totally betrayed by both of them and is absolutely devastated.

Of course the reality star and the cheating husband will play it like they were both separated from their respective spouses and were just friends before they suddenly realized that they were in love. Just know when you hear it that it’s a lie.

Reality Star: Bethenny Frankel

While divorcing her second husband, Jason Hoppy, Bethenny Frankel began seeing a very-married man named Dennis Shields.

The Real Housewives of New York star met Dennis Shields because he was married to a friend of Bethenny’s from high school named Jill Shields.

This occurred while Bethenny was busy chastising cast mate Countess Luann de Lesseps… for dating a married man!

After Jill Shields filed for divorce, Bethenny pretended that she and Dennis didn’t get together until he was separated from his wife. Ha!

Bethenny Frankel and Dennis Shields have now been dating on and off for a couple of years.

However, there is bigger news.

Dennis Shields is DEAD.

Yes, that’s right.

Sadly, Shields died of an opiate overdose at in New York City about an hour ago.

Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel’s on-and-off boyfriend died Friday in his swanky Manhattan apartment from a likely overdose, police and sources said.

Dennis Shields, 51, was found unconscious and unresponsive in his Trump Tower apartment on Fifth Ave. in Midtown around 10 a.m. Medics said he was dead at the scene.

Shields has dated Frankel, who has also appeared on The Apprentice, Shark Tank and other shows.

Wow.

No, we don’t know what kind of opiates he was taking.

Shields leaves behind his wife (yes, they were still married), and four children.

It will be interesting to watch how fast Bethenny distances herself from this mess.

    Definitely Bethenny and Dennis (and Jill) Shields. Months ago it was rumored, and they said he was happily married and all long time friends. Now Bethenny is openly dating him,he is divorcing his wife and there have been statements that he “has had feeling for Bethenny for a long time),” which was probably a huge surprise for his wife of 26 years.

    Bethenny makes sense. Now the scene in the Berkshires makes even more sense when LuAnn was asking Bethenny who she was seeing and Bethenny would not tell her. I bet LuAnn already knew at that point and was quietly putting B on notice to shut her automatic weapon of a mouth. B is really showing her *ss this season. Not a good look at all.

    Bethenny Frankel and Dennis Shields. His soon to be ex-wife and Bethenny were long-time friends. If this is all true, then yes, she’s being hypocritical on Real Housewives of NYC for giving Luann a hard time for seeing married men. Not a smart thing to do, ladies.

      Great info, PriveNom!  And a PERFECT take on Bethenny’s psychological “projections.” I really should’ve picked up on that myself!  My husband’s longtime ex-wife has BPD & routinely projects her worst qualities/ugliest motivations onto others…much more harshly than Bethenny!  But unlike B., she never betrays even a flicker of self-awareness or regret over her outbursts (or her endless manipulations of her children/others.)

    Bethenny is a projector. She harshes other women for doing things she subconsciously feels guilty for doing herself so she berates others as if she were looking in a mirror.

    Nope, not surprised at all. I don’t think Bethenny has any respect for marriage, whether it’s her marriage, or someone else’s. Ramona Singer, a fellow housewife, said Bethenny cheated on her first husband. Then there were reports that she cheated on her 2nd husband as well.. And technically speaking, Bethenny is STILL married to him.

    I would guess NeNe from RHOA because she used to ride Kim Z for dating married men. But she’s allegedly happily married to her husband, the second time around. Dunno.

    My first thought was Nene because of her “Close your legs to married men!!!” comment to Kim during one of the Atlanta housewives reunion shows. But I have no idea who the friend or her husband could be.

      Ok, upon further review of celeb/gossip blogs, it’s Bethany Frankel – there are pics of her holding hands in NYC with a banker beau who is separated from his wife – who is/was a friend if hers. Mess!!
