Most notably, she seems to have taken up the horrid habit again to help steady her nerves – and perhaps drop a few pounds? – before the wedding. Lest you think that she is the only royal who smokes, Will and Harry have been known to puff away with friends.
Speculation that Princess Kate had started smoking again before the wedding began when she was photographed with a blue box of cigarettes in her purse. Can anyone tell which brand they are?

It’s either alcohol or cigarettes. Thinking probably cigarettes. A lot of young people here smoke, but London has pretty stringent public smoking ordinances (namely inside public buildings and businesses), which would possibly explain why she hasn’t been caught doing it in public yet.

In fact that was one thing they agreed on: they both thought it was a horrible habit. The Queen’s father (star of The Kings Speech) was a chain smoker and died young. I don’t think the Queen approves of smoking for that very reason.

She smokes. Cigarettes can be a nervous habit as much as an addiction. It can have a calming affect on people. Also, several studies have shown that the more you smoke the longer it can take to conceive. Plus, it is not a good habit to have while pregnant.

Its not as scandalous as weed, she just smokes cigarettes. Apparently she had quit but there has been speculation that she has started again to help suppress her appetite, or some rubbish like that. One of the news outlets reported on it here in Australia earlier in the week, apparently Kate Middleton smoking is far more important than anything else going on in the world at the moment. Not sure what brand she smokes though.

Catherine’s a smoker. I saw a picture of her a ways a way not that long ago and she had a cigarette in her hand. Smokers often feel relaxed and nerves calm when they have a ciggie. Most of the Royals and their pals are smokers, the Daily Mail has pics of Harry smoking regularly. No one seems to really care, but she’ll have to quit to have babies.

She’s been obviously stressed out with the wedding and she’s been photgraphed smoking a few years ago outside a club, so I think she’s sneaking in more than the odd craftly fag now and then.
She conducts herself very carefully in the public eye and would hate to be photographed puffing away.
I really really really want it to be something “weird” or a tribal habit style or non-sense: clean the floor until it’s spotless with a Eco brand cleaning product, brush her teeth to death with Crest with Alcohol.. It’s not like we don’t know she smokes and drinks. After all she worked her way up to get where she is by being a bad girl type (her see thru dress and others) to “classy” lady. But it seems that it’s something she order regularly maybe even privately via the company..truly, I would clap if she sucks her finger or on a pacifier.
She is a big drinker and is even known to drink William under the table. They were just talking about this on one of the million shows about them on tv right now!
