BlindGossip – This film and television actor’s newish flame will be getting a lovely gift of jewelry for Valentine’s Day. How sweet and personal, right? Not really. We wonder how long it will take for her to figure out that he didn’t originally buy it for her. He actually bought it for his ex. When their relationship started falling apart, he took it out of her jewelry box. She discovered it missing, and an insurance claim was filed then paid out by the insurance company. A few months later, they split, and both moved on to new relationships. The guy took the piece into a jeweler to have the original engraving sanded off and the finish polished. Anyone want to tell his new girlfriend that her gift is actually a re-gift?

The only name of TV & film actor that popped in my head when I read “newish” flame and a recent ex is sadly, Alexander Skarsgard. (newish flame: Kate Bosworth; ex: that hideous ERW)
But maybe it’s because I’m always thinking about him hahahaha. I so don’t want it to be him.
Wood is not hideous. She is quite lovely. She is however, a skank. That whole Marlyn Manson thing ruined her.

Has David duchovny found a girlfirend to put up with his skeezy ways? The watch picture made me think of third watch, but the only person from that show with any name recognition is Eddie cibrian, and he couldn’t possibly give his wife’s jewelry to the other woman.

This is clearly insurance fraud and depending on who the ex is, she just may out him if she sees the new girl wearing it.
That’s a lovely watch in the picture. I wonder why he would do that, steal his ex’s jewelry and regift. Something against the ex? Unable to afford new? Just cheap? very odd.
My guess is schadenfreude.

Maybe George Clooney, yes.
First of all, over here in Italy the press wrote that he’d give her a Cartier watch. And then, Clooney has been testimonial for Omega, an italian (think so)brand of watches. Hence, the picture.
Well, then wouldn’t he be able to get a new one for free any time? And would he really care to make sure the old girlfriend “lost” hers? Just playing devil’s advocate here, i’ve got no guess on this one!

All actors are cheap, they never want to pay for anything. I like Brad Cooper guess. He is more famous then rich right now. And Renee isn’t exactly used to just getting a box of candy for V-Day.
I think one of the keys here is that he’s an established actor, since he does both film and tv work. Cibrian is tv.
As for Brad Cooper, he’s widely rumored to be gay, so would he have given an ex girlfriend a lovely piece of jewelery and be that po’ed as to take it back? Smacks of just too much vindictiveness for a gay guy to harbor over a beard.
That brings me to the other key to this: More than just cheap, this strikes me as someone who is extremely po’ed and vindictive. Clooney doesn’t strike me as the sort to care when the flames move on (and I personally think of him as gay, anyway.) I’m picturing someone really nasty, like Alec Baldwin or Charlie Sheen (guess it couldn’t be him but he’d be a top choice of mine.) I could sort of see Mick Jagger doing something like this too (out of cheapness, in his case) although he obviously isn’t a film/tv star.
Oh well, haven’t been much help, have I?
I’m kind of picturing Eddie Murphy as being nasty enough to do something like this.
