She wanted him to behave like he was so in love with her for the cameras, but he was seeing other women the whole time. She knew the relationship wasn’t serious for him but she wanted it to look serious so she would do things so other people would think he was in love with her. Like at the end of last year she sent herself flowers and pretended to everyone that they were from him. He didn’t send them. He thought that was weird.

    Optional: No. Why pretend the flowers are from anyone just to impress someone else? I don’t think that guys even care about that kind of thing anymore. They are too busy using Tinder to hook up just for one night, rather than to want to form a relationship and care whether or not someone is with another person.

    No idea who the BI is about, but must admit that I did send myself flowers once to try to make my boyfriend at the time jealous. He was world famous, crazy rich from birth, but notoriously cheap. He took me to expensive dinners but never bought me a single gift, which bothered me because I’m a gift giver.

      It’s not that I ever expected anything per se, but a token on Christmas or my birthday would have been nice. I never forgot any special occasion for him. I sent myself the flowers on Valentine’s Day, and he didn’t pay any attention. I’ve since spoken with another of his exes and he was the same way with her.

    I once worked with a woman who was at least 300 lbs, homely looking, and often smelled bad. Anyway, one day she started talking about a guy she met in New Jersey. We lived in a neighboring state. This “man” suddenly started sending her flowers at least once a month and on holidays. She even received flowers the Friday before Mother’s Day, even though she wasn’t a mother to anyone. It was obvious she was sending them to herself. It was pretty sad.

      I feel really, really sorry for Lamar. But if he’s dumb enough to go back to her, my sympathy will utterly vanish.

      I think she’s been super good to him. She’s paying for his medical, being supportive, and cares about him with proof through her actions. Ok, she’s a Kardashian…. gross…. but I honestly think she cares for him so why feel “really really sorry” for some dude who coked his body into a coma? I feel sorry for what she’s been through. At the end of the day if they find happiness together- good for them.
