Two Problems Preventing Stardom

weight loss 9 1[Blind Gossip] This talented TV actress works out compulsively. We’re not just talking about daily workouts at the gym.We’re talking about her performing literally thousands of in-place exercises – like stomach crunches and leg lifts – every day.

Why would someone who is already slim and fit work out so compulsively?

She thought she was going to be a huge movie star after she starred on [that TV show], but you know who’s asking her to star in their movies? Nobody!

The odd thing is that she thinks that her weight is the only thing keeping her from being a movie star because someone (I don’t know who) told her like ten years ago to lose ten pounds and she did. Her weight isn’t the problem. Her body is slammin’. The two problems are her face and her attitude. Until she gets those right, she’s not going any higher. I heard it from two major film producers. Not trying to be be mean here. Just relaying what they said. She could fix both things if she wanted to.

You know who’s gonna tell her to her face that her face is too ugly for a giant movie screen and that her attitude is even uglier? Nobody!

Well, at least she’s getting steady work on the small screen.

    This really upsets me. Why is it okay for fat or ugly guys to be in big movies ( Seth Rogan, Jonah Hill, Adam Sandler) but it isn’t okay for women? Lea is not ugly, she just looks different.

      I agree 100%. And although her diva reputation is known (whether it’s true or not, but that IS indeed a deal-breaker if true) I find her charming and refreshing. The thing I dislike the most in her looks? The veneers. Her nose is a non issue for me. She looks perfectly fine, like a regular woman… paper perfect beauty without soul is so unattractive and annoying. I’d take Lea Michele with her loud laugh and funny faces over some bland “look at me boys” model with no lights on up there any…

    I don’t know why. Only been on TV,all my children some other crappy sitcom.
    Skinny as hell and seems skinnier. Has an attitude doesn’t talk to Regis or strahan.

    No one’s face is “too ugly” for a movie screen. Ask Sean Penn or Meryl Streep. Charisma and/or talent sell celluloid. Whoever this chick is, she must not have either…..thinking that annoying girl from Glee.

    Lea Michele. Her face is NOT ugly, but from what I hear everywhere, her attitude certainly is.

    I would never, ever hire someone who has a reputation for being difficult. There are a million other nice people out there dying to take his or her place.

    Jennifer Aniston? Maybe they want her to soften her chin. She seems to get parts but maybe is not the big star she had hoped for. In this business you are damned if you do and damned if you don’t regarding plastic surgery. No matter what you do, people are going to complain.

    Sucks she has a really bad attitude. But not surprising based on how PR and image conscious she is, and how she loved to get papped.

    I’d give her a shot in a romcom for sure. Not like she’d do any worse than Aniston has lately, who keeps tanking it at the box office and acting like she is still an early 30s.

      Of those, how many has she starred in and carried to box success? None. Her most known film starred Kevin Hart and she supported. And the average person on the street couldn’t name one of her films. She is not a film star by a mile.

    Lea starred on Glee but has had no movie roles. Her face has been criticized for having a larger nose and veneers that look a little off. She also has a notoriously bad attitude, which would prevent me from hiring her. She posts on social media on a daily basis about her at Soul Cycle or doing Pilates.

      Major butterface! Awesome bod. She used to be pretty when she was younger. She needs a few tweeks, I think, because she looks older than she is. She isn’t aging super well. But that body is slamming. I guess no one can have it all.

    I don’t know who this is, but why is it okay to tell someone they need to drop a few, but it isn’t okay to tell someone to change their attitude or that they don’t have a “face” for movies?

      Unless it’s true. I know it sounds harsh, but stardom has hierarchies and only the most attractive people, unless they want to remain working actors with lots of work but not a lot of pay, get to go to the big screen.

      At least she’s attractive enough to be well known enough to always get work on the small screen. She should count her blessings. Most of us couldn’t even get an occasional part on any screen, much less the big screen.

      I don’t think it’s Emma Roberts. She have never had a weight problem, and has been in movies since she was a kid. Plus she’s already was a successful movie actress prior to doing a tv show.
