Their Own Civil War

[Blind Gossip] Wondering about that sudden turnaround this gifted film actor just pulled regarding his ex?

It’s all fake!

They were a rather odd couple to begin with. Then they had a really bad breakup and became engaged in their own little civil war. Weren’t even speaking to each other. They were diplomatic in public, but when the cameras weren’t pointed at them, they each made nasty comments and complained about each other.

Then they were forced into a room together to do a promotion for a common project.

They wouldn’t look at each other, talk to each other, or even stand near each other! The publicists got really worried when even the reporters started laughing and gossiping about how obvious it was that the two of them hated each other’s guts.

They were individually pulled aside and told that the bullsh*t needed to stop and that,  for the sake of a project, they needed act friendly and say nice things about each other even if it killed them. There was  still some resistance, and then they got yelled at. “You’re actors, for f*cks sake! Fake it!”

They eventually complied. Now they can’t stop gushing about each other and talking how much they love and admire each other even though they are no longer together. Awww.

Yes, it’s all fake. They still hate each other guts!

    Clue was “gifted actor”. The movie is called “Gifted”.

    If they hate each other, then no, they didn’t make a good couple.

    No, not really. Chris has generic good looks with average acting skills, I think Slate is talented and is unique. But ultimately I think she did her husband wrong for Evans – who is a forgettable actor. She is coming off as a woman scorned talking about their relationship which is highly eye-rolling.

    Obviously Chris Evans and Jenny Slate. He called her his ‘favorite human” and her interview answers about him were SO over the top glowy about him, nobody has that much nice feelings for someone after a breakup.

And now they say that they are the best friends when she says the opposite and hopes that someday they will make friends again but she sees it difficult !!     “Gifted film actor” and own little “civil war” = Chris Evans. He’s the star of Gifted and Civil War (Captain America)

    His ex = Jenny Slate who is one of his Gifted costars.

    Their relationship seemed odd in that Chris never admitted to actually dating her. They don’t make a good couple.

    Like it stated above, I thought they made an odd couple. And from what Jenny has said, it seems she jumped into a new relationship earlier than she should’ve while divorcing her ex-husband. Maybe breakup had to do with Chris not being around with Avengers filming. It was kinda weird how articles are coming out about how they both think the other is awesome.

      Yep! they are both in the upcoming movie “Gifted”. Chris Evans was in Captain America, and they have all of a sudden being saying all kinds of sweet things about each other.
