The Stupid Singer

[Blind Gossip] What is wrong with this girl? It’s hard enough to work in the music industry when you get along with people. Yet this under-30 singer seems to be deliberately meddling in situations that have nothing to do with her. Does she know that she may be losing work because of it?

We are always trying to put together artist collaborations because of the two-for-one publicity bonus. Won’t match anyone up with her, though. She’s going around disrespecting other female artists. There’s no reason for her to be up in their business. She’s alienating them and she’s alienating everyone who is loyal to them, including plenty of male artists and producers. Stupid.

The most recent meddle was taking sides in some hyped-up feud between these two over-40 female singers. Other female artists she has alienated include this rapper, this red girl, and this pale red girl.

    I’m not a fan, however, she’s smart to stay away from collaborations. Today’s collabs are usually terrible…. and they’d most likely pair her with some annoying “rapper” dude, who no one will remember next year – à la Britney’s recent single.

    She’s a good singer & song writer but not GREAT. Perhaps in her own made world in her head, she’s better than she really is? Girl clearly has issues & it might be easier to fixate on other people’s problems instead of her own.
