Spiral Girl Goes In Again

spiral 3[Blind Gossip] We have told you before about celebrities who use health issues to cover up their drug and alcohol abuse. Such is the case of this young multi-hyphenate… who has spiraled out of control once again!

While she has been through rehab before, we have been telling you for the past couple of years that she desperately needed to go back. Her problems are alcohol and c*caine. Same as before.

Her family and friends, though, will soft-pedal her issues as related to a health condition so you will feel sorry for her and so she won’t lose her young fan base. (“The only reason she chugs vodka and snorts c*caine is BECAUSE she has a health condition!” Right.)

Until she stops drinking and doing drugs, she will continue going in and out of rehab (which will be called a vacation/a rest/therapy), while her publicists and fans lash out at anyone who tells the truth as mean and uncompassionate.

You know what’s meaner than telling the truth? Enabling an addict.

    Always wondered if Selena really had Lupus. People with autoimmune diseases are usually in loads of pain and while I don’t know what she’s feeling, if she *is* in a world of pain she hides it well. I don’t believe she’s hiding anything.

    This is so weird to me because Selena Gomez looks like a 12-year old girl, and it’s hard for me to picture her drinking alcohol, let alone snorting coke up her nose.

    More power to her for going to rehab, but it’s too bad that she feels she has to lie about it, cancel shows and not apologize to her fans. #prettylame

    Selena Gomez. I suspect she doesn’t have Lupus. Over yrs we’ve seen the effects of her drinking/ coke habit, her team’s media manipulation via E! to villainize JB (who she obsesses over) and “victim” SG, her ugly social media conduct (“I f*****g sing live,” crassly comparing 1Ds album favorably to Purpose, dismissing BLM, attacking JB on IG (when she previously threatened to delete her own), then shading him for 12 hrs+ at fan IGs. She bullied J for yrs & is a liar.

    Selena, using lupus as excuse? That’s not cool. People who have it suffer a lot from it and look up to celebs who admit to such conditions. People like to know how the celeb handles it and if she is using something helpful and new. If this is Selena, it’s wrong of her to lie. I don’t know how her friends will act but I think they will just lie along with her and enable her. No bueno!

    This is Selena. She is an unhappy girl since her Disney show ended and hates performing music but doesn’t have the balls to quitting. She have Lupus as seen by her constant visits to medical centers over the years but that’s not her main issue, she was drunk out of her mind and made a scene at a bar in Australia some weeks ago.
    Her famous friends will not talk about it.

    Selena, go to rehab and stay until you are ready to face life sober. She does a commercial for a product I can’t recall and at the end she is pouring syrup on some guy’s pancakes and she looks wasted. Enablers enable because they may lose their cash flow but this poor girl needs help badly.

    Such a shame, she wasn’t the MOST talented of all time … but I think she had some skills … she needs help, not a team of enablers. Also offensive to people who really do suffer from Lupus.

    Selena Gomez just said she is taking time off to maintain her health while dealing with lupus. Per the article in a national magazine, she said she’s been experiencing side effects from the disease, which include panic attacks and depression.

    What will her family and friends say: They’ll say it’s because of her Lupus diagnosis, not because of her addiction.

    So obviously Selena Gomez. I think it’s ridiculous to exploit a disease that many people have to live with and have people declare how brave you are just so you can live with yourself.

      Didn’t read the entire blind. If she truly has lupus (or something related), then so be it, but still don’t exploit a disease to make yourself look better.

    Selena Gomez. Canceled the rest of her tour for health issues related to lupus. Weird that she’s still in Taylor’s “squad” though…I thought Taylor was pretty anti-drug and denied Hailey Baldwin “squad membership” because of her drug use.

    Drinking in moderation when one has lupus is okay. Drinking a lot and adding coke into the mix is just plain stupid, but even more stupid when one has lupus.

    I don’t know what her famous friends will say. I already know more about her than I ever wanted to know.

    SELENA GOMEZZZZZZ. I kept seeing “get well soon” on explore page on Instagram and I’m like lmao, little do they know.

    Probably to give her support and all that crap, give her time and all. I’m all for rehab and to seek help with mental issues (because that hits home, the latter), but it gets on my nerves when people screw themselves over with drugs then blame it on some sob story where people with serious real issues gets neglected or mocked. Or not taken seriously. Ugh.

      I was suppose to go to the Moncton show! It was a pretty big deal for us that she was coming we never get big acts in the Maritimes and then to lie about cancelling (not that I believed lupus for a second) and the fact that she didn’t even release an apology. She’s showing her true colours, it’s a shame I really loved her but it’s hard to support someone who treats fans like this. ESPECIALLY after she gave biebs * for the way he treats his fans. He’s never cancelled on me 😛

    I believe she does have lupus, and depression and anxiety are side effects. But adding alcohol and drugs to the equation only induces and increases thus side effects. They can lead to depression and anxiety without having lupus. Whatever it is, it’s smart to take time and try to recover.

    I feel badly for anyone that has addiction issues. I give her credit for trying to address it. While she is in the limelight, she doesn’t owe anyone an explanation or “the truth” for why she’s going to rehab. At least she’s going. I wish her the best.

      This. Girl needs to move on already he has since the day they broke up and he has done it publicly with many many woman. That would turn me off, selena needs to know her self worth and fall in love with a mature guy.

      It’s never Lupus.

      Does she actually have it, anyway, or is it a disorder with vague enough symptoms that she can get away with “being sick” without having to go into specifics?

      It’s a disorder with vague enough symptoms to fake it from what I’ve seen with people who claim to have it. (Some docs seem to use it to appease hypochondriacs.) I know it’s real, and extremely painful for those actually suffering from it, but using it to cover addiction is reprehensible. You’d think she’d be a spokesperson for Lupus if she really had it.

      The first step is admitting to yourself, and others, that you have a problem. None of them are able to do that bc of the PR aspect.
