She Was Only Twelve

[Blind Gossip] This actor has a serious legal problem on his hands.

A woman in California recently filed a police report in which she claims that he is a predator and began grooming her when she was a young girl.

She says that the TV and film actor initially took an interest in her family because they were poor and living a transient lifestyle.

When he found out that the young girl wanted to become an actress, he said that he could help her break into the industry and volunteered to take her under his wing. He said that he needed to take photos to send to other people. He took photos of her by the pool at his house. After he took the photos,

He gave me a check for $50. It was the most money I’d ever had for myself in my life.

After that event, he began sending her parents money and asking them to send her to him.

He wanted to see me and take me shopping and spend the night with him at his hotel.

She was twelve at the time.

This happened many years ago – and the statute of limitations has likely run out on her case – but she says that she felt compelled to come forward when she found out that he was interacting with other young girls on the internet.

We don’t know if any of her claims are true, but a police report was filed in California and the FBI was contacted a couple of months ago, so we’ll let the authorities take it from here.

    Wow, I am out of the loop and had no idea about Danny Masterson. James Franco would not surprise me but I definitely thought Rob Lowe first.

    Not Danny Masterson. His ex girlfriend, Chrissie Carnell, is the accuser and she is 37, he is 40.

    The Danny masterson stuff isn’t related. He raped a girlfriend who was of age. He raped a passed out chick who he knew. The other I’m not sure, but nothing to do with online girls. No mention of underage girls. All of this happened a long time ago before social media.

    ‘Danny Masterson’. Stories of investigations into *alleged* sexual assaults are all over the place. The first things that come up.

    You can find similar stories on Franco (‘james franco sexual assault’), but from years ago. Stories on Masterson are in the past day or two…

    If Co$ tries to help Danny spin it as *anything*, that would show their prior knowledge of the incident. I don’t think folks will be as forgiving of Co$ as they are of cathlick church pedophiles.

    I had no idea who the actor was, so I was trying to see where the clues were in the blind and I thought maybe “under his wing” was a clue, alluding to some kind of bird-related name. As the general opinion seems to be Danny Masterson, I’m thinking that would be hinting at his character name of Jameson “Rooster” Bennett?

    Whoever this person was they were not just trying to help out. Ok maybe some photos if they were not sexual in nature but wanting her to spend the night at his hotel? Definitely a predator. Awful parents if they let her.

    I don’t know if it was innocent, and I don’t know it wasn’t. However , she didn’t mention if she had sex with him, or not. So there isn’t much to go on.

      Why Jason Segal? I cannot believe it was him. What facts do you have to name him in this mess? I am not being contentious, I am just interested in what you know to come out with his name.

      Helping her career? NO! The fact that the family was destitute and he paid them to take the girl away to stay with him makes this more than heinous. Yes, they should never have allowed their minor daughter to go with him, but if it is Masterson, you can bet COS will spin it to blame the parents.

    Actor: could be anyone in Hollywood. the amount of predators in that place, and the fact that no one calls them out or does anything about it……

    Do i think he was just innocently helping her career?? HELL NO. Predators always have an excuse to back up their behavior, but doesnt change the fact they’re predators. Especially this one, since he might be trying to do the same thing with this new girl.

    Not sure who this is, but please Ace solve this one so others potential victims are aware and maybe other victims can come forward. The suspect should not be protected in this blind especially if he is under investigation and it involves children.

    James Franco. He deleted his Twitter and Instagram accounts recently and the rumor is it’s because he’s being investigated for contacting minors.

      Yeah, I’m also seeing possible clues for Franco and can’t find any for Masterson (I don’t know much about Masterson’s career though, so maybe that’s why). Franco had memorable pool scenes in Milk and 127 Hours, and he’s in the new Alien movie (“he’s a predator” clue).

    No idea who it is, but, no. This is textbook pedophile grooming. And they don’t stop. It’s one of the most difficult psychological illnesses to treat. He’ll keep doing it. Very sad that the parents were so trusting.

      My personal opinion is that it isn’t a psychological illness. It is evil, criminal, vile, disgusting, deliberate, cruel, malicious, and willful – they choose to do it. Not a psychological disorder. An evil criminal mind.

      He gave HER $50…even money her parents got considerably more. The fact that they were destitute makes it even more likely.

      My last comment was just snark, but after thinking about it a little more, the church *Had* to know about this. It would have come out in Danny’s auditing sessions. They didn’t report it, obviously. Hmmm… Another scandal brewing for Co$? Will this be the straw that breaks the camel’s back? Probably not – revelations of centuries of child-raping hasn’t hurt the cathlick church.

      It’s a shame, really. They all claim to care about the children, but does anyone, really?

      They care about free,forced child labor. They allow young children to sign billion year contracts into slave labor away from their families. They don’t consider them children, just adults in little bodies. They need to implode.

      In Denise Richard’s signed & sworn statement in her divorce from him she said she caught him communicating with underage girls online and that’s what ultimately led her to leave him & file for divorce. She also used that info to get restrictions on his access to their daughters.
