She Wanted To Bail On The People

[Blind Gossip] The People’s Choice Awards is a different kind of show because the winners know who they are ahead of time… and the losers usually don’t even bother showing up.

This performer was honored as a winner last night.

She seemed to be in an impatient mood, though.

She showed up because she knew she was going to win, but she wasn’t thrilled about having to spend her whole night there. Her reps actually asked the producers if they could move her award to the beginning of the show, so she could pick up her trophy, make her speech, and then bail out!

Way to go all out for your fans, girl!

Not Blake Lively (who is always happy to be at an awards show).

    I know everyone will probably say Jennifer Lawrence, but I’m going with Jennifer Lopez because of the descriptor “performer”.

    My first guess was Jennifer Lopez..but she seemed happy to be there.

    Second guess is Ellen DeGeneres . I keep hearing she’s not a very nice person.

      Oh wait, maybe Madonna, as she’s been doing political protests and such lately. Maybe she was tired from being at one or wanted to be up early for today.

    LOL This has to be J.Lo.

    I think she was one of the first winners of the night because I just watched her acceptance speech video and I saw Ellen Degeneres and Justin Timberlake sitting in the audience and I’m sure they wouldn’t stay for the whole show either. She’s a liar ’cause she was like “OMG I didn’t know I would win”……….*rolling eyes*

    The use of the word “performer” leads me to believe this is Britney Spears.
    She won Favorite Female Artist, & the Music category was close to the tail-end of the show.

    Clues:
    -“She wanted to bail” = reference to Brit’s run-ins with the law
    -“different kind of show” = she mentions “putting on a show” many times in her song, “Circus”

    I’m going with Ellen Degeneres because I hear that she’s difficult and not especially friendly in real life. I can see her wanting to get out of there as quickly as possible.

    I have won awards, but nothing big on a national level.

    Sorry but when Blake Lively wins “Best Dramatic Actress” against MERYL STREEP, it ain’t a legit awards show.

    Won quite a few awards for service recognition, professional achievements and hated all of it. Appreciated the recognition but hate the all the fuss.

    I was eliminated first in a beauty contest of only 6 entrants. I knew I wasn’t going to win but I didn’t wan tot get eliminated first. It made me salty about beauty pageants. I received lots of feel good awards from work. Don’t like them either.

    Ellen DeGeneres…so over her. Do you really need 20 awards!! Her desperate need to always be glorified shows her lack of being a genuine and kind person.

      Spot on accurate! Ellen is arrogant, self-serving and very nasty. Long history of this- look at her first show “Ellen & Friends” – she fired the ‘friends’ and changed the show name to just “Ellen”

    Kristen Bell, she was right after her husband dax sheperd was on. I thought, wow they can leave now
