Oscar nominated Diane Lane has done two films with (longtime friend), Richard Gere. Cotton Club in 1984, and the fabulous Unfaithful in 2002 (her Oscar nom). Her hubby (known beater), Josh Brolin was nominated for Milk.
Gere is co-owner, with wife (actress) Carey Lowell, of the “Bedford Post Inn” in Bedford, New York. The Inn has eight rooms, two restaurants, a yoga studio, a meditation center.

Actually, Gere and Lane were also in “Nights in Rodanthe” together. Did you catch the other clue? “Fought like cats and dog” was a a nod to “Must Love Dogs”, a film in which Diane Lane starred.
