    That photo looks more like a mug shot than anything else.

    Have I seen him in a Proactiv acne treatment commercial? Or maybe in one of those infomercials for “Hair Dye Disasters and How to Fix Them”?

    This picture was when he was 20 so it’s a good younger man look so I would say he looked perfect at that age and he looks perfect for the age he is today

    For some reason the first name that popped into my head was Joaquin Phoenix, so that’s my guess.

    If not, then I have no idea who else it could be. Blonde buzz cuts don’t look good on any guys to me, brunettes all the way.

      OMG, I think you’re right! I thought he looked familiar, but I NEVER would have thought of him. No beard and a blonde buzz cut – wow! I like him much better in his natural (hairy) state.
