No, it’s not John Malcovich or Gerald McRaney or Patrick Stewart, as some of you guessed.

It’s former late night host, Daaaaaviddddd Letterman!

David Letterman is really relaxing in his retirement.

He’s shaving his head, he’s shopping at Target, he’s grumbling about Donald Trump, and he’s letting his beard grow out. It’s a full life.

The one thing he’s not doing? Missing late night television.

Everybody needs some sort of job to do. Perhaps Letterman could consider playing Santa Claus at his local mall this holiday season?

    David Letterman was shown recently wearing a beard and no he doesn’t need to show back up on TV. Senator Al Franken invited him to run for office when he appeared on the Late Show after Dave had announced his retirement. He told of Senate seat possibly opening up in Indiana and told day he would love for him to run. I would like to see it too and the audience was warm to it also . Senator David Letterman . Even Congressman David Letterman . What do you think my fellow Dems.

    Although the consensus says Letterman- I could see this as Brian Cranston too. Has Letterman done movies (outside of a cameo or two for Chris Elliot)?

    it is David Letterman! (and he says his wife just HATES the beard!) … He’s done short bits in a few movies (Cabin Boy, Eddie) and tv, and voice work…I miss him, but his best work is in the past. I think he deserves to enjoy himself in retirement and enjoy his family. He is 69 years old now, has had several serious health issues in the past, and made a wise decision to end the show.

    Frasier is one of my favorite shows ever. I still watch it on Netflix, or Hallmark Channel if I’m up that late.

    David Letterman- he has aged a bit! I would imagine his t-shirt said something about Ball State University, which is his alma mater. It also happens to be mine.

    OMG, is that Letterman? I loved his show since NBC days. It was time for him to retire. His heart didn’t seem into it anymore. I think he waited for Leno to retir first.

    No way would I recognize him if I saw him on the street, and that’s probably the way he wants it. I loved his show, but if he wants to enjoy retirement, then that is what I want for him.

      Also, the bonus clue describing letters being blocked out being a “ballsy move” indicates that the shirt must say BSU = Ball State University, where Letterman attended college.
