[Blind Gossip] This mom really hates the girl her son married. It’s actually rather ironic. While she thinks it’s fine for her and her husband to control her son’s life, she really resents that her daughter-in-law is now starting to call the shots and force her son into doing things he doesn’t want to do. So the MIL is now bad-mouthing the DIL behind her back.
Frankly, it’s a little hard to feel sorry for anyone in this scenario. The parents are control freaks, the son is a wimp, the daughter-in-law is an opportunist… and all of them are caught in a series of interconnected lies that affect both their families.
