[Blind Gossip] This singer is not at all happy that every news leak about her seems to be negative.

Reports about her last breakup, her current fake beau, her last performance disaster, and poor record sales are all irritating her.

She’s mad at everybody. Everything that goes wrong is everyone else’s fault.

Of course it is!

The other day she was yelling and pointing her finger at [team member], “Let me tell you about your job! Your job is to make me look good! When I don’t look good, it’s YOUR fault. If you can’t do your job, I’ll find someone who will!”

    Mariah Carey . She has never struck me as being that smart. This old school versus new school from the 80’s on . Intimidation versus Diplomacy. Surprised Dagwood and Blondie and Mr. Dithers are still around . Creating hostile work situation doesn’t work but being a Boomer I will say that Mills are way too thin skinned I never minded an * chewing but sometimes those kind of bosses cross the line and think they own you and are theirs to abuse and do whatever they please.

    No, I have never been yelled at by a boss. Wait, yes I have. In high school I worked part time as a receptionist for a dentist. One Saturday his assistant didn’t show up, so he called me into the exam room to assist. I handed him an instrument the wrong way and he went off on me. I thought it was amazing that I even got the right instrument! He apologized later, and things were fine.

    I got yelled at one time by someone who wasn’t even my boss, and it was because HE was out of the loop, meanwhile, I was literally just doing what my actual boss wanted me to do…. It was so unprofessional of the guy.

      Also, my current boss doesn’t “yell” she just harps on things all the time. I rarely make mistakes, but when one happens (because I’m human), she just nags like “This is why it’s so important to pay attention to blah blah blah” and then she repeats herself like 5 more times. I literally have to say “I understand what you are saying” so she can stop repeating it over and over.

    One of the owners is so unprofessional. She uses profanity, cries, throws tantrums and yells. It’s kind of embarrassing. She has gotten better in trying to control her emotions, but us long-termers who have witnessed her 1st hand at her peak tantrum era don’t forget. Now her daughter works for the company so we call her 2.0 as she does everything her mom does/did. Shows you that education doesn’t buy you class and tact.

    The rest fits though, except her clothes!! What took the cake was those gym pictures, what was she hoping to gain from that other than a lot of laughs??

    I don’t recall ever being yelled at by a boss. I have been lucky in that they all seemed to be professional whenever they had to talk to me about anything uncomfortable.

      her managers 14 yr old daughter looks after mariah’s social media accounts and is in charge of taking photos of mariah and posting them on social media. Yes. those gym pictures where taken by a 14 yr old and posted by a 14 yr old. Her team is a mess. mariah herself does not know what goes on in her social media accounts.

    If my boss ever yelled at me, I’d be furious, especially if it happened in front of anyone else. I have had boss who was obnoxious and arrogant and spoke to me like I was a bug on the ground to be squashed though. I ignored his tone and did my job because the money was good. He eventually got fired.

    Yes, my last boss was an absolute psycho. She was a bit Type-A, VERY controlling, and every day there was always something that I (apparently) did wrong. Sadly, she beat me to the punch by about 5 minutes and sacked me just as I was telling her to stick her job up her *. Won an unfair dismissal though 🙂

    My boss once shouted at me over something he did wrong and boy did I let him have it. I turned the air blue and stormed out telling him I quit & almost slammed his door off the hinges. He went all shades of colours throughout, he went from red, to purple, to white as a sheet. We both calmed down, carried on as usual, taking the piss out of each other, a British past time. It was a small law firm and we all worked there for years and were all close outside of work.

    Never been yelled at, but I have yelled at one of my staff who happened to be my ex-manager. He rubbed me the wrong way and I lost it. I shouldn’t have done it, but it was very unlike me, so he knew he went too far. Everything was cool.

    Her team hasn’t been right for awhile. She used to choose her friends to be her staff and they became yes men. then she fired all the yes men and chose some reality tv show manager as her current manager and she wonders why she always in a mess.

    She needs to hire someone who has been closely following her career from the start and also knows her audience well. maybe one of her super fans as long as they don”t become yes men. her fans can give her the best advice

    I don’t know anything about leaks or other details mentioned, but she did release a new single today, and Ace always has a newsy reason for writing about someone.

    Goin wth Mariah for $500 Alex! Im 99%+ similar blinds about Katy cuz healthy eating, &both hav songs with “Dream”in title.BUT Mariah’s had A LOT of neg press lately about her relationships, tour sales being down,&her last performance N.Y.EVE was obvi a disaster.What stumps me is Stellas her Mgr&I thought BFF? Unless its her publicist? Bottom line someone’s makn a lota $$ so if not doin their job i agree they got2go then. Not a nice way 2say it..but at least they got warned 1st…lol

      Oh yeah…boy did i get ripped a new one by my nurse supervisor once when i was in nursing school… My nerves got the best of me and on my ob-gyn rotation i accidentally blurted out something in front of new mother who had just givin birth something about the baby that the doctor hadnt told the new mom yet. It wasnt major and new mom pulled me aside later and said she understood it was honest mistake..but yeah she gave it 2me good during lunch break..lesson learned!! ;p

      Sorry, but this doesn’t fit Gaga at all. Maybe she is not at her peak but from time to time (oscars, superbowl) she scores (and she was number one on itunes the whole week).

      This is Mariah, and it’s a pity, because she is one of the greatest pop divas of all time with tons of hits. Unfortunately she and reality don’t match. With a little perspective she could give her career a turn. She has nothing to prove and nothing to lose, unfortunately she is not smart enough to realize it

      She needs a Vegas residency for a few years. She can feel like a queen and God’s gift she surely imagines herself as w everyone comping her in glitz and glam but she’d be more like a princess in a tower, easier to manage for her people. They could just stock pile the millions from these two or three years of performances then she could quasi retire out of the spotlight with grace and her dignity intact. ..not this slow pitiful descent none of us want to see and all of us will remember
