    Cheating is usually indicative of larger problems in the relationship, so no. If she was in an abusive relationship she felt like she couldn’t escape, it makes sense she would turn to someone else.

      I believe it was Henry Kissinger who explained his own legendary exploits with “power is the ultimate aphrodisiac.”
      For men, it’s youth and beauty, but for women, it’s power (which always seems to come with money, one way or another).
      That’s just human nature. If we ever achieve true gender equality (unlikely in any of our lifetimes), that may change, but not before.
