    I’m sorry. I see a starving anorexic, or druggie, and I am allowed to think or say something about that obviously sick individual. Is that being ‘judgey’? Sorry. Get well or stay out of the public eye if you don’t want negative or concerned comments made. (and I sincerely doubt Angelina Jolie knows or cares that some of her fans express dismay and alarm over her looking like a walking skeleton. Any publicity is good publicity, right?)

    Wow, never thought about ‘the camera adds 20 pounds’ bit when it comes to the super skinny celebrities. That is really scary. Wonder what Rachel Zoe looks like IRL.

    That’s Lindsey Lohan’s sister Ali in the photo and she is this skinny and as for who the gaunt actress is I have no guesses but Angelina Jolie doesn’t act much anymore. She directs and she produces so who knows

    I obviously know it’s not her but she looks like a very thin Lindsay Lohan. I assumed the photo was photoshopped but now I’m not sure. I hope if that model is really that thin that she’s getting medical help. Karen Carpenter thin is no joke. Sending love to everyone struggling with an eating disorder.

    I know people who have cancer and the drugs wreak havoc
    There is also something that happens with cancer..the most scary part
    People who love to eat ..just stop wanting to eat
    It’s so sad…the cancer becomes a body snatcher …it actually causes the body to stop wanting to live
    My cousin had to force my uncle to eat literally force him …when he got better he couldn’t even explain it ..he said he was hungry wanted to eat but body wouldn’t…

      My mother described it as everything, even her most favorite of foods, taste awful! So they lose their appetite. The cancer actually change taste buds

      I’ve got Crohn’s disease, and completely lost the urge to eat. I dropped to 97 lbs in 6 months. Lost 35 lbs. Sounds bad, but I’m only 4’10”, so it isn’t drastic. But I lost alot of muscle mass, and feel weak. I have to force food down and it usually hurts after, so I can see why some of these actresses lost weight. They may have a similar illness.

      It does different things to different people. For my father, it has actually caused weight gain. He’s just as upset about the cancer as he is the weight gain. It just depends on which meds they put you on.

    Got in late again, and I don’t know who this blind is about, but I agree with others who stated the photo posted was disturbing. I am hoping that the photo was PhotoShoped.

    I think Tara Reed and Angelina Jolie-Pitt are sickening too thin. Not an attractive look at all.

    No idea who the gaunt actress or her stick insect costar is but the girl in the photo looks awful, the muscle wastage, the lack of definition. It is scary that this is projected as an ideal image. Make women look like women again in editorial, advertising and on the catwalk please !

    Not sure about these 2 people but I’ve always thought that Kate Bosworth is scary skinny and also Giulianna Rancic, who truly does look like a stick insect.
