Have you seen her with her best friend lately? You know, the funny one with whom she shared vacations and parties and show appearances and simply couldn’t stop talking about or getting photographed with earlier this year?

Not so much, right?

That hasn’t stopped the funny friend from talking about her!

[Actress] is not at all happy that [Funny Friend] is dragging up their personal conversations to gain a couple of publicity points, especially because it’s about a very sensitive subject that makes the [Actress] look bad.

Funny friend needs to shut it before she permanently loses her friendship with the actress.

    Obviously JLaw and Schumer.

    Part of me wonders if JLaw hasn’t ALREADY defriended Schumer, and that Amy discussing the text message wasn’t purposely to drive negative peas toward Jennifer whilst casting Schumer in a more flattering light on the subject?

    That other blind about JLaw mentioned something to the effect of “she is tired of people wanting to misconstrue things she has said so they can publicly turn on her”, which would obviously apply to this situation here with Schumer…

    JLaw is very famous and very successful.When you’re on top some people are going to use.I liked Amy before but the fame obviously got to her head.you don’t release private messages to the damn press like that.Jen is so private.ofc she would be angry about this.

    I don’t feel like Schumer is using her. I think she’s just an open and blunt person who tells stories, like most comedians. I’m guessing this is referring to Amy saying Jlaw texted her with a joke saying that shooting was her fault. Get over yourself, Jlaw. It’s Hollywood.

    You guys are harsh!! If its something that happens over and over, yes, drop the friend. People make mistakes, if it happens once, you talk to them and tell them that what they did upset them. If they don’t feel sorry, or if it happens again, then you dump them. As I have gotten older, I realize that if you start dumping friends left and right for “infractions”, you are left with no one. If they learn their lesson, they are keepers. AS just has a big mouth and wasn’t thinking.

    The actress gets by on tons of talent and always will. The “comedian?” Not so much. She can get more attention by name dropping and revealing up close and personal information about her friend. Not a fan of Schumer, she relies too much on shtick and it gets old fast.

    amy will do anything to make herself more famous. if lawrence is halfway smart, she will just stay away from her because amy is a hypocritical bully and will gladly throw anyone under the bus if it helps her in any way.

    I have ended friendships with people who proved they couldn’t be trusted. Amy would get on my nerves so I probably wouldn’t be friends with her in the first place.

    First of all, I get she’s a comedian and life is her fodder…however, shameful if it was told in confidence.

    Optional; The friends I have, well, none of us would because we respect one another. If..I would give them one discretion. Explain that is not something that is not appripriate in a friendship, and be more discrete and selective in what I share in the future.

    I like Jennifer Lawrence. I think she’s young but relatively down to earth under the circumstances. Amy Schumer I find to be a bit too crass. And not all that funny. Well, kind of funny – but more in the way that people laugh because they can’t believe she’s saying some of the things she says.

    If they blabbed i would probably walk away from our friendship if it were really bad…if not to sensitive, i would def not share anything private with them anymore though.
    I definitely have ended friendships though with people who have blabbed even minor private convos for their own personal gain with the “oh so what, who cares if they know that” that drives me wild…lol because I CARE!! Thats why i said keep it between us!!

      Totally agree. And in my experience, people who do this just have gossip in their DNA. You can’t explain to them why it’s wrong because if they understood it they wouldn’t blab in the first place. Nothing to do about it but cut an run. Schumer should definitely keep her mouth shut on that one. I can see it being a joke to try to lighten the mood a bit but it’s so easy for something like that to be taken out of context. Wonder if this movie they wrote will ever come out now.

      Nah…I wouldn’t even waste my breath. That’d just give Schumer more fire to fan her flame of “jokes.” People like Schumer don’t care about other people’s feelings. But THEIR feelings? Holy hell! That was a super passive-aggressive move on Schumer’s part and it probably explains why JLaw has dropped out of sight. Life lesson learned the hard way. In reality, you can only count you true friends on two hands. Sometimes one.

I think Schumer (which on my computer auto corrects to Schemer!) should have kept quiet. It shows Jen in a bad light, and trivialises the tragedy..

    No idea but my 14 year old daughter is going through this. A friend snapped something my girl had on her list to work on this summer. It’s kinda innocent but still personal “get over my fear of buttons” Now it’s all over snap. My gal said it was a breach of trust and she’s going to let this friend “just roast in her own guilt”. Friendship over. So…looks like adults do this too!
