Complicated Recovery

[Blind Gossip] This performer was cast in a demanding principal role for a new production.

While the reports are that our performer has been temporarily sidelined because of an injury, there is more to the story than what you may read online!

She did get injured but it happened because she was drunk. Of course they can’t say that. They just say it was an accident. The producers have not figured out what to do with her. They didn’t realize her drinking problem was so bad. They may bring her back in once she is recovered or she may be out permanently. Everyone is just working around her right now.

By the way, she can’t be injured that badly, as she is still out partying.

We wish our multi-hyphenate performer a speedy recovery!

    Louise Redknapp. It’s certainly struck me as odd that she’s too injured to do her show yet all over her twitter is fine to record an album, record a music video, be out and about partying…

    I’ve seen the show live and they don’t need her. Caroline Sheen is fantastic, so little point bringing Louise in.

    I’d never even heard of Louise Redknapp, maybe because I’m in the U.S. What are the clues in this blind, and what is the significance of the accompanying image? Can anyone fill me in? Thanks!

    I think this is Louise Redknapp/Nurding, who was due to take one of the lead roles in the new musical 9 to 5 that opened in London last week – until she fell and fractured her wrist, and someone else had to step in.
    I think they’ll keep with the replacement, as reviews seem to be good and they won’t want to risk potentially disrupting a successful production again so early in the run.

    Louise Redknapp? She was supposed to play a lead role in 9 to 5 but she fell a few weeks ago, fractured her wrist & needed stitches in her chin. She was ‘signed off’ for a few months & has been replaced in the show, but it seems way over the top based on her injuries & she’s been pictured out partying since. She was also at the opening night over the weekend & looked like she’d been dug up. I’m surprised she was cast anyway as she’s a VERY poor singer & as far as I know, she can’t act.

    The first person who immediately sprung to mind for me was Louise Redknapp who has had to delay taking part in the West End version of 9 to 5. She fell over on a night out and fractured her wrist

    Sounds like Louise Redknapp – was the lead in new Dolly Parton musical until she had a fall. She was pictured out the other night with no sign of any injuries

    Sounds like Wendy Williams but she is not a performer. My other thought was Carrie Underwood but it’s been a while since she’s had a drunken injury. I’m stumped!

    Sandra Oh? The picture suggests it could be, along with the fact that Grey’s Anatomy was originally going to be called Complicated. Please tell me I’m wrong!

    This makes me think of Louise Redknapp. She dropped out of the Dolly Parton musical, 9 to 5, due to a hand injury, but she’s been pictured drunk at the gala evening.

      This was my first thought.

      And I’m not being funny, but I’ve seen people with broken wrists in plays – if you don’t need to do handstands or anything then you can work around it. I admit, I did wonder if her bone density has taken a knock from years of dieting and being in the spotlight?

    Wendy Williams..She needs to divorce the cheating creep husband….Face her problems with booze and pills….The last few years she seemed like she would rather be somewhere else than doing the show…And she treats her coworkers, like crap….
    Sherri Shepherd was the Best. I hope Sheri is the one…..Nick Cannon is Great, but does 10 other shows….Carson Kressley was so funny…

      Wendy’s show isn’t some ‘new production’ she is in though. Louise Redknapp makes more sense in the particular project regard.
