Band Couple Update

men-kissing-16[Blind Gossip] Fans used to guess that these two band mates were in a romantic relationship.

The fans were absolutely correct!

What the fans may not know is that there was a big and ongoing problem throughout their relationship.

The Taller One – who is rather flirty and charming – wanted to play up the relationship in public. Taller did not necessarily want to come out, but he did want to keep things fun, both  between them as a couple and between them and the fans.

Shorter, on the other hand, did NOT want to take the relationship public! He is a fun guy, but he started freaking out when people began catching on that he and Taller were dating. He wanted everything kept private.

This difference of styles and opinions created a lot of conflict between the two and led to their eventual demise as a couple.

Their current relationship is very strained. Shorter still gets really upset whenever people try to talk to him about his relationship with Taller. The two do have some professional obligations together, but outside of that, they hardly speak. Everyone around them finds that really sad, especially since they used to be so close.

The Shorter One continues to really struggle with his sexuality. He doesn’t want other people to think that he’s gay. That’s why he always tries to have a girlfriend around.

This denial isn’t helping Shorter’s mental state, either. He uses various substances to cope with his distress… and he’s had at least two complete mental breakdowns since 2012.

While we have no control over the decisions they make, we can’t help but think that if BOTH of them came out, they could get back together and be genuinely happy and healthy together. At the end of the day, wouldn’t that be just perfect?

    Why would he do this & it’s even on the “fave Larry tattoos” day during 30 days of larry no less! Rose and dagger is among the fan favourites for harry&louis tattoos. He obv posted the rose and dagger in his picture on purpose … so if he’s the one who wants to be private, why does he do things like this to stir up the larrie fandom? and also the driving force behind rbb? 🙂

    One question that troubles me though about a so-called relationship with them that is or was romantic. IF Louis is in fact gay, how does he have a baby ? This confuses me because no young make would want to fake this kind of storyline, it looks bad on all ends. So…explain that to me?

    I once spent hours sucked down a YouTube k hole of Larry Stylinson compilations….

    They were so blatantly in love, but Louis prefers the glass closet. I think he was probably testing the lady waters (to be sure) and didn’t expect her to get preggers.

    You could see the sudden shift in their relationship. The way they looked at each other changed and Louis appeared to be on a substance 🙁

    But I don’t believe that Louis is in the closet by himself. Nothing in him says that he wants to be close. Even other way around. He tries again and again to show the people the truth.

      Alse I don’t believe that Larry aren’t together. They may have ups and downs, but they are something else. Something much better that people thursty for money.
      It would be amazing if they come out and be free, like they should be from the beginning.
      I hope and believe that Larry will be free someday to be themselves. With strong and wonderful relationship that will stay in the history.

    I don’t think he’s hiding anything.

    And I think he and Harry have been together the whole time.

    …This is JUST the kind of blind the Larries will HATE but it’s probably closer to the truth that they want to admit.

    I believe Louis and Harry have tried in very difficult public circumstances to maintain their relationship and be truthful to their sexualities. I do think Louis has struggled mentally. I do think they’ve both used drugs to cope, but Harry is a better coper and social butterfly whereas Louis is more shy/private. I hope they get back together if they ever want to.

    These guys were strong up until 2014. Harry was always the more confident one in the relationship where Louis always pulled back & acted embarrassed when people called them out. I mean, he went as far as knocking up some groupie he wasn’t even in a relationship with just to prove he’s straight. *cough*

    Louis: you lost the best thing that ever happened to you. You will never find another Harry. And Harry will have no problem finding another man.

      I’m so sad you think this way. Louis is more than you think he is, and he is so unbelievably smart and talented in whatever he puts his mind to. I think he loves Harry too with his whole heart and always will. And we know that Harry loves people who treat Louis like the special cutie he actually is lol

      Harry’s actually the clingy one in the relationship. And part of his confidence in being able to try new things – like his movie role with Christopher Noland – is the comfort of having a long-term partnership with Louis.

    Sadly this sounds true from what’s being said about Louis over the years. If Louis doesn’t want to be Out so be it. The adult fans (especially the females) in 1D needs to let go. Only Louis know Louis. No one else. Not going to say anything more.

      When the NDAs are done and the fandom have given up obsessing and moved on, and everyone is in new careers, I can see Harry writing an account of how * off he was with this industry and how it drove his relationship with Louis off a cliff.

      It was never going to be easy in the glare of the public eye. Add to that a ginormous * of an overlord in Simon Cowell (himself closeted imo) and you have a disaster waiting to happen. Fans have tried to make the best of it, but there’s nothing…

    This is obviously about Larry. But I dont really believe this narrative. Louis has ALWAYS been comfortable about his sexuality. He actually had to tone down his “flamboyant” tendencies for the sake of the image cowell and company wanted to project. Plus, through the years, he has gone out of his way to encourage his fans to believe in Larry. His social media “protest” against Larry was completely transparent. All of their @’s are mostly controlled by management.

      Agreed. Louis, or any of the band for that matter, would not let two rainbow bears dressed in bondage gear sit onstage for the duration of 1D’s most recent tour if they weren’t comfortable with with homosexuality.

    This blind ignores the essence of the two gay rainbow bears that followed 1D around. I believe Louis WAS involved with that as was his sister Lottie, hence the subsequent blurring of the sunglasses. Ashamed is what @Louis wants you to think. I still believe they are together and will find happiness in this life and all the next ones because their love is some the notebook shit that can create miracles

    Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson (One Direction) never broke up. I’ve never seen two people as in love with each other as they are throughout the past five years. Harry’s is more obvious with the rainbow flags, androgynous photoshoots, and comments, but Louis’ is subtle: triangle tattoo on the ankle, self-described as “flamboyant,” and an actual picture of trying to get out of the closet. They are also obviously miserable with their beards.

      100% we will support them (except maybe the super het stans and there arent really that many of them and a lot of het stans would probably accept it and love them for who they are anyways). They know we will always be here for them, and we will always be waiting for the day they can show their love in public. I think they’ll be okay, no matter what this blind insinuates. I believe in Louis and Harry. 🙂

    However even if they don’t get back together, I at least hope Louis will figure things out for himself. The most important thing in life is being happy with who you are. This might sound cliché but it really is true. What a sad story.

    It’s especially sad that Louis has had two breakdowns over his own sexuality. Lying like that to yourself takes up so much mental energy and saps happiness. No matter WHAT kind of secret a person has, it’s always best to confess to someone trained to listen. Life becomes far less complicated that way.

    And no, I do not think that Harry and Louis will ever get back together again. Sad!

      Louis has always been pretty open about his sexuality, and when 1D was a UK-only phenomenon he and Harry publicly lived together as a couple.

      When it came time to “break America” in 2012 they were both stuffed into the closet.

      They’ve been hiding their relationship ever since, but they still live together – they recently bought a place near Malibu – and are slowly unwinding their various fake relationships. (Kendell Jenner, Danielle Campbell, etc.)
