[Blind Gossip] More than a few people got a good chuckle out of the appearance of these two young celebrities at the Met Gala.

Someone said, “Oh, I guess tonight is the big coming out for [Singer] and [Model]!”

Someone else said, “Wait! They’re both coming OUT tonight?!”

[Actress] started laughing and said, “As a COUPLE. Come on, we all know that he is not “coming out” coming out tonight!” She even did the air quotes and everything. We all laughed.

No, he is definitely not coming out of the closet any time soon. He has many fake relationships ahead of him before he does that… starting with Model.

    It’s about Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin.
    To be fair he seems as uncomfortable trying to fake a relationship as he is trying to avoid being questioned on interviews.
    I respected that he avoided the pr stunt (in fact he denied dating her in the past) but i suppose he is convinced that his career will be over if he comes out now (Sam Smith and Troye Sivan probably won’t agree with that)

    Definitely Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin. Several people have pointed out how his face lit up when they ran into Troye Sivan. Shawn and Troye would make a much more believable couple.

      Srsly, how anyone could hear that song as anything but a struggle to come out is beyond me.

      That said, I’m betting he’s in the closet because of family stuff, not because of his fans. I have the feeling that his dad would not be okay with him being gay at all.

    I think it will b years before he comes out, it’s very hard especially with the fan base that he has still a lot of homophobia and people daydreaming about being with said singer, if he came out like Troye Sivan I think that he would have been. Alright whenever he does, I will still be a fan.
