[Blind Gossip] This famous actor became a father in the past year or so. He likes to brag about how involved he is with the baby care and how he and his wife do it all without nannies.

Ha!

They do have help, except they call them nurses and assistants, not nannies. Her family helps a lot, too.

By the way, when [a male friend of his] asked him how often he changes the diapers, he held up two hands. [The friend] said, “Ten times a day?” and he laughed and said, “Oh god no! Ten times total!”

    George Clooney? Just fyi, the kids will grow up loving what you provide them with, not you as a person.. Children need a father. The best people that I know, rich or not, have had involved parents. You are their guide to what it right and wrong. Please don’t put people into the world without proper parental guidance. You know you want your son or daughter to pick someone that will be good. This might not be GC it’s not okay to have your child run to a nanny if they have a bad dream. 🙁

    George and Amal Clooney and HELL no I never believed they were doing the hands on care themselves. Too posh for that lol.
    Not going to lie though: If I had the money I would have hired a pair of nannies to help me with my son. My husband was useless, especially when our son was a newborn. Caring for a young child means a loss of sleep and I love my sleep way too much!

    Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have two children. The youngest one is about a year old now. I remember hearing Aston carrying on about how they don’t have nannies.

    Clooney is also reportedly a hands on dad, but I don’t know their nanny situation. I read that Amal’s mom helps them with the children.

    I actually have never thought about whether or not these folks had help. I figure some people actually like raising kids, and don’t just use them as props like Kim K.

    George and Amal Clooney. Nah she seems too into being glamorous than doing diaper duty. She may have intellectual cred with her previous life and all the humanitarian work she’s done but there’s something so phony about her. Could be all the gossip I read. 🙂

    If you can afford someone to change diapers fine. However “if you never going to interact with your children then don’t have them” .

    I could believe it if there was only one child, but it’s next to impossible with twins.

    Probably George Clooney….If I had their means, I would have help too. Now, there is a big difference between “help” and others raising your child/ren. If they are spending quality and quantities of time with their twins, I don’t see the problem…except, own it. No one expects nor should they look down on them for doing so. They are quite generous too (charities, not friends and briefcases).

    If you are someone who doesn’t have to work every single day then Idk why you shouldn’t do the childcare on your own most of the time.

    I never believe that celebrities or the wealthy do the “grunt work” or daily mundane details themselves. Hopefully, diaper duties aside, they spend most of their time bonding with and nurturing their wee one.

    I didn’t think they’d do it without help — she works. Really, daycare or nannies, or whatever, there is no difference. Their children. Their choice.

    Without help? Not for a millisecond. Entirely unbelievable. In fact I don’t believe Amal was ever pregnant either. And very much doubt he’s gone near a diaper at all – clean or dirty. Must be practicing (and hoping) for a career in politics with all those lies.
