[Blind Gossip] This woman posed for Playboy early in her career. She was also one of the women who paid tribute to Hugh Hefner online when he passed.

However, she is not exactly happy about the direction in which Playboy is going. When she heard that they were going to be featuring a transgender model, she had an emotional reaction.

She was like, “Ewww! Are you kidding me? Gross, gross gross! Do they really think men are going to like that?”

Not Kate Moss or Jenna Jameson.

    Kim K. Don’t know is she was on the cover or not, but one look at the transgender they chose you can tell he was inspired by Kim K during plastic surgery. Times are changing, but Playboy was made for heterosexual men to look at women. No sex change can make a XY an XX, end of story. And yes I can tell the difference between a woman and a transgender. Men and woman have two different beings and that’s something a sex change can’t alter. End of the day it’s about magazine sales

    If you close your eyes and picture the sound of her voice. This sounds just like her.

    Side note: I think that Playboy is playing for publicity vs. being on the brand. The men who would still be purchasing Playboy are going to be middle of the road, bible belters who aren’t going to want to see transgender women.

    I think it’s great, many men are attracted to transgender women. Time to cater to some more varied tastes here and there. I think whoever said this is “gross” is lame. Whether you’re into it or not, there’s nothing “gross” about it, and that’s a cruel statement.

    Didn’t Playboy feature a transgender model way back in the 80s or 90s? So yes, it’s consistent with the brand. The only people who will have a problem with it are the misguided people who think that being attracted to a transwoman means they’re gay.

    She has a point. These days playboy subscribers who are somewhat repressed and conservative, but they need a little porn in their life because they’re human animals. Doesn’t seem like the group clamoring for TG soft core. Sounds more like a publicity stunt to Jumpstart circulation

    Playboy is a magazine geared towards men. Straight men. I used to work for them in the 90’s. Most straight men don’t want to see a transgender woman. It’s a buzz kill to them. I’m a straight female. I love men. If I knew someone used to be a woman and had a sex change, I would be turned off immediately. That’s just how I feel, and I think most straight people feel that way. I would only look for curiosity purposes at the transgender in the nude.

      I agree, it’s just a personal preference. I wouldn’t date someone who is transgender. Different strokes for different folks. I know many men think the same way and would be turned off by it.     if they didn’t advertise the fact that the model was transgender I truly don’t think many people would know or care.

      Agreed! A trans woman model probably didn’t have many more lifts, tucks, implants, liposuction, injections, silicone, diet drugs and Botox, not to mention makeup, hairstyling, lighting, and photo retouching, than the usual Playmate.

    I don’t really think using a transgender model is out of line with Playboy’s brand, because Hef embraced things that were unconventional. I saw a comment somewhere that said if Playboy is doing this, then they should educate the masses by showing us the handiwork, show full frontal.

    I long since quit caring about playboy. If i did still care on any level and were a subscriber? I’d cancel immediately. Playboy had a good run but, it is running out of steam and this was a desperate attempt to drive up conversation and remain relevant. Hetero men don’t want to see this stuff.

      @ oreomax: well, those guys are probably closeted bi or simply in denial because no matter what hormones or surgery a trans ‘woman’ gets, they are still biologically male all the way to their dna. They’re still dudes. And dudes thinking about other dudes in a sexual way isn’t straight no matter what the progressive elements of society try to say.
