[Blind Gossip] She is an actress who is known for being the wife of a rock and roll legend who left us many years ago.

Our actress is on the older side. She has a famous daughter who is troubled and who is going through a divorce. There are some grandkids in the mix, too.

Our actress was recently reported to be dating this age-appropriate pop legend. They were coy about it, but they were photographed out on multiple dates.

She was proud of the fact that she had snagged another music legend. She’s known him a long time and the timing was good for them to start dating.

Then, almost as suddenly as it began… their relationship was over!

Remember that story about that anonymous pop star who is in big legal trouble because of his inappropriate behavior with minors?

Well, Actress found out that Pop Legend was the anonymous perpetrator!

Actress had been a young bride herself, but the accusations about Pop Legend were extremely disturbing. She had to make a fast decision about what she was going to do with him.

She is trying to convince DCSF that she is an appropriate guardian for her grandbabies. She knew that was never going to happen if she was dating [an accused] child r*pist, so she dumped him!

So that’s the end of their relationship, right? Maybe not!

They want to circle back to this relationship after he is cleared of charges, but until that happens, they are going to keep their distance from each other and deny that they ever dated in the first place.

    Tom Jones: It does not make it right, but 40 years ago this was quite commonplace. It was a different world with different standards. It is kind of hard to believe because back in those days women were literally throwing themselves at Tom Jones and his reputation was that he accommodated many of them.

    This is Priscilla Presley and Tom Jones. I never really thought of her as an actress but I guess she did act. He has been accused of assaulting minors in the 70’s and early 80’s , I believe. He will probably be cleared of the charges because the claims are so old and he is rich. It doesn’t make him innocent. I wouldn’t want him around young kids…

    My problem with the Tom Jones allegations is that surely it’s past the Statute of Limitations, plus there were countless rock and pop stars in the 70s who took advantage of younger gals. I am a child of the 70s, and I had friends at age 14 who would like about their ages and walk barefoot over hot coals just for a chance to bed a pop star. Not excusing what Jones allegedly did, just saying this could be a can of worms.

      Same here. Also grew up then and it was a regarded as a real status symbol when these 14yr old girls would brag about who they met and partied/had sex with after a rock concert.

      There was even one in my class- most everyone was jealous!

      Being a year or 2 below legal age didn’t matter – & different parts of country/world had very different legal age laws. Certainly not considered rape partying with 20 something yrold rock/pop stars!

She didn’t “go looking” for anything, she & her friends were invited for autographs.       I was agreeing 100% with the OP Colfaxcarol.
      There are plenty of articles online about this, many of which quote the complainant’s Statement word-for-word. Worth reading the details that she herself provides: She met him a few times, went to his hotel suite in his bathrobe, and followed him to his bed. Then went back for his autograph after their encounter! She was willing and not a child-that changes the drama of crying rape after 40 years.
      RockNRoll had lots of young groupies….

Contrary to what you claim, being sexually assaulted is the worst thing that could happen to many people, and it is not something to be grateful for, period. Would you say the same thing if that child was beaten unconscious or murdered just because she was starstruck and wanted to meet her idol?

      Let’s point the finger at the party who committed the illegal act here. It is not illegal for a 14-year old girl to ask for an autograph. It is illegal to RAPE someone…not just someone…ANYONE. HE took advantage of his position of power and celebrity to get her into that hotel room. HE is the one who decided he would have sex with a minor. HE couldn’t keep it in his pants. HE forced himself on her. HE is the rapist. Therefore HE is the one to blame.
