She was venting to a friend about how they actually did go to couples therapy but that the therapy hadn’t worked.

A lot of their problems had to do with ego and being equals and respecting each other’s work.

She feels like she was having a really successful career at the start of the relationship (and was maybe even more successful than him). However, after they became a couple, she was expected to slow down her career to be a mom, but he kept taking movie after movie. He was working a lot more than her and was having more success than her.

It also really bothered her that they when they were a couple, all people wanted to talk to her about was him and his work and their relationship, like her work didn’t matter any more.

Not that it was bad to have him working all the time, because she liked it when he was away filming. They were both just happier being apart. She was really relieved when the divorce was announced.

    I don’t think it’s Brad and Angelina. She already had kids before they were together and she was doing fine. Plus she is directing movies, which is probably way more time consuming than just acting.

    I dont get Brad/Angie. In whar universe was she a more successful than him. He really boosted her imo. Ben/Jen sounds more like it. BA’s career took a nose dive yrs earlier and Jennifer’s star was rising bc of her TV show.

    If she felt better whenever he wasn’t around then NO, they shouldn’t call off the divorce. Just get it done and move on with their lives separately with equal custody or visitation rights over the kids.

    I say Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. When they got together, her career was hot and his was still feeling the Bennifer 1.0 backlash. Now he’s always working and you only see her with the kids. I believe it was them who had the deal that one of them would always stay with the kids when the other one is working.

    Jennifer Garner was more successful than Ben at the beginning of their relationship but she got pregnant right away. I don’t think that he would have married her if it weren’t for that. His career has magnified since then and hers stayed stuck at cheesy romcoms before taking a complete nose dive. Instead of griping about your husband being more successful, be happy that someone is making money to support the family and if you feel that you should be doing more then get out and do it!

    It isn’t Brad and Angie because she was never more successful than him. And she had already started adopting kids before he came into the picture. She kept adopting all of those kids, of course that would mean cutting back but she doesn’t even look like she’s interested in being a movie star anymore.

    I think there’s a chance they’ll get back together but McAvoy seems pretty flirty in interviews so he might be happy he gets to be single again.

    Wait now I think Naomi and Liev bec she DID have a better career than his AND I doubt Jen ever though she was better than Ben. But would Naomi really suffering from being asked continually about Liev. Sure Ray Donovan is a hit but she is a movie star. Anyway maybe it IS Angie… only because all this come from a ‘friend’ and her delusional I see the world my way might explain discrepancies with reality.

    This can’t be Brad and Angie. No way is she finding herself always asked about him in interviews aka eclipsing her. And her mom lifestyle was BEFORE Pitt anyway. I think this is Jen Garner but WHY get pregnant with the boy then? It was obvious Ben was more into work, partying, being away, than family, quite a long time ago. She can’t imagine he’d suddenly share parent duties.

    Not sure why people are guessing Brad & Angelina. The pre/post fame clues don’t match, nor does the “venting to a friend” thing. Angie has no female friends, that’s known. Plus the whole couples therapy thing doesn’t seem like Angie’s schtick. The clues do fit Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner though. It was revealed they were in therapy and tried to make it work; the pre/post fame thing fits her exactly along w/ Ben’s workaholic schedule, with acting and directing.

    Couple: Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. It said the actress was talking to a friend. When she first got with Ben she was at the height of her career. It couldn’t be Brad and Angelina because it state the actress was talking to a friend. She doesn’t have any friends.

    First initial reaction was Brangelina but it sounds more like Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck. He was always away working and she barely made movies after becoming a mom.

    Can’t be Ben and Jen because though his movies were unsuccessful and she was starting to do well, they announced their split in 2015, not last year.

    Yeah, they have a chance if they go to therapy again and she changes her name back to Jolie and doesn’t try to be a member of Parliament or whatever it is that she’s up to in England. On second thought, maybe Brad should consider the split a gift.

    Haha her movies sucked in the beginning too. Hahhaaa. The best one was mr and ms smith. Hahaa. She made good money on bad movies. Tomb raider was ok. The one with Antonio Bsnderas was ok. Salt was ok. The one she won an oscsr for she was being herself. She thinks she is better than she is. Ok the one with Nicolas cage was ok too. But nine of her movies are like that great.

    Geez such a supportive wife. Her stuff became boring. Even their last movie she just looked like a plastic doll. Who wants to see that. All she had to do is tell him she wants a divorce she’s not happy. All this drama was stupid and it made things worse for her. Haha now no one won’t ever go see her stuff, forget about malcifient 2 haha she’s do dumb. He makes good movies and produces ones too. She must have been mad when he showed at the globes.

    Angie and Brad? I’m a bit hesitant on this because the blind says she spoke to a friend, and I have read that Angie has no friends except for her Baroness Helic and William Hague clique.

    Only by seeing the picture I guessed Brangelina.
    I would love to read the gossip about them getting back together but I dont see it happening. She said too many bad things about Brad …which backfired on her in the end. His image is alright and would suffer from them reuniting.

    Ben Affleck and his wife who’s name I cannot remember but was married to Scott Foley who’s on Scandal. The woman is delusional, her career was never bigger than his and she’s the only one to blame for slowing down, nannies exist, moms can work in this day and age.     I think the popular guess with be Angelina & Brad, but that just doesnt feel right to me. I mean, the blind says “she was venting to a friend…”. I have a hard time imagining she has any friends!!

    Brad and Angie? Although, it seemed she worked quite a bit also- she directed a number of movies including that bomb By the Sea. His production company and films have done fairly well. I thought it was written they took turns so that one of them was always with the kids. Although if she was happier with him away, maybe he didn’t mind being away. She could then bring up the kids anyway she wanted.

    PS: Who wouldn’t want Brad Pitt around, that man is so hot, have always crushed on him.

    Angina and Brad. Nah, they are done. It’s obvious that she loathes him – or the thought of him – by now. But why become a mother many times over if you want space for your career? Or why not just have more household help if you truly want both career and motherhood? Best for them both to just move on – after a fair resolution is made for child custody.
