Fame And Fortune And Not Happy

[Blind Gossip] This very famous athlete seems to have everything going for him. Fame, fortune, a beautiful family, and a superstar career.

He’s not happy.

Why not?

He’s going bald!

I think most people would be surprised about how vain he is about his appearance. This balding thing is really bothering him. He’s already started on Rogaine, but for the past couple of weeks, he’s been sneaking in and out of various doctor’s offices to talk about his options. He might do hair transplants.

Sounds painful!

    I know everyone is guessing Tom Brady, but this isn’t him. He is WAY too intense about his play and conditioning when he is in season to be going on multiple trips to see doctors about hair transplants in the run up to the playoffs. He practices, conditions, watches film, rinses, repeats. Also, why would anyone be “surprised” that he might be vain? Dude is a looker. I don’t think he fits the blind, even if he’s losing his his hair.

    I’d guess an athlete who is not in season: baseball or…

    Wow. Seriously. No one guessed Troy Aikman? I logged in for the first time in forever because it was so obvious to me. Consider the phrasing.

    1) Didn’t say “current” athlete.
    2) Beautiful “family”. (He’s divorced. His kids are adorable.)
    3) SuperSTAR career. (Former QB of the Cowboys.)
    4) Plus he’s a wispy-haired blonde; they rarely fare well as they age.

    Should he let it go? Eh. He might look a bit different … but I like confident men (and women) who can rock their natural…

    I like the Tom Brady guesses, except for the part that says “most people would be surprised at how vain he is.” Please! NO ONE is surprised at how vain he is.

    Tom Brady grew his hair long about 5 years ago. There were lots of rumors than that he was growing it to have a transplant (the kind where they take from the back and put it on top). He doesn’t look thin on top at all now

    See, I don’t think it’s Brady because of the sentence “I think most people would be surprised about how vain he is about his appearance. ” I would not be at all surprised.

    Even though it didn’t say “ex-athlete,” I’ll guess Peyton Manning because he’s self-deprecating in those commercials.

    Tom Brady? He should have done something about the hair loss before it became noticeable. Personally, I love nice hair on men and don’t care for the balding look…which I noticed Hugh Laurie is suffering from. On the Golden Globes show, his hair looked dreadful.

    Athlete: Tom Brady … His hair is thinning, and I saw an article dated today with this quote: “His body hasn’t really changed. He may have lost some hair. Other than that, he’s still the same.”

    If it bothers him, and he has the money to do hair transplants, go for it.

    I don’t know. Tom Brady’s forehead is gets higher, and he’s weary bangs again. Tony Romo always wears a ball cap or a ski cap, or whatever it’s called.

    Just go with it. Bald can be beautiful. Look at Bruce Willis and Michael Jordan. I mean, I would pick them over most guys. Kaepernick has a full head of hair. He’s not in the same league as Willis, Jordan and others.

    I’m going to take a wild guess– Mark “The Undertaker” Calaway?! WWE legend. Rich, famous, lovely wife and family. He could be considered an athlete, he had thick long hair when he was younger but he’s getting older now and balding and has been using hair extensions as of late!

    Eli Manning? He seems super laid back, I know someone who lives in his neighborhood and says he’s ridiculously nice whenever they bump into him, unlike some of the other athletes who live in and around NYC.

    Tom Brady’s peaks are receding and appears to have thinned significantly in the recent years, he has an important upcoming playoff game against my Texans. It seems doubtful he would do anything risky given he will be sweating under his helmut and scrutinized by millions.

    If I start losing my hair I would try anything within reason to slow or combat it, why should it be any different for men in the same position. It’s even worse for men.

    I will go with Tom Brady.

    Normally I would say let it go, but I think he will fight to keep it. He’s extremely good looking, so he could probably get away with it.

    There is not a lot to go on, but I am going to guess Shady Tom Brady. I would say let it go, but sometimes it is really hard for men to start balding.

    Tom Brady! Hey better to feel good about yourself and let go of the Beiber style hair cuts, we see what going on. I fully support any man or woman who makes a choice to feel good about themselves.

    I’m guessing Eli Manning. Both of the Manning brothers have old looking features, with receding hairlines, so it’s feasible. They both look like Fred MacMurray in My Three Sons.

    Whoever this is, should go bald like the rest of us. Most hair plugs turn out bad. See Nicholas Cage for an example.
