[Blind Gossip] The press on these divorce proceedings has gotten so ugly that a change is being made!

To facilitate attorney communications, the parties in a divorce are usually located very close to each other (e.g., in the same building and on the same floor) during negotiations.

In this case, however, that proximity was causing a problem. While there was not a single mention of the actor husband’s appearance or behavior in the press, the husband’s side was making disparaging and exaggerated comments about the actress wife’s appearance and behavior.

Yes, his team is the one who leaked the details to the media! Why? To make her look bad!

They are looking to trash her in the court of public opinion. They want you to believe that he is being the mature one and has his act together and she is young and messy and emotionally unstable. If they can portray her as childish and disheveled and and constantly on the verge of crazy hysterics, that gives them the advantage.

It took her team a hot minute to catch on, but now that they have, they will make a change. A change of venue, that is!

The next time they “meet”, the actor and actress will be placed in two completely separate BUILDINGS… and the attorneys will travel back and forth!

    The problem with Johnny is that he appears to be surrounded by YES men. He’s lived like that for too long. His formally cool, intriguing image has turned into something else. It’s obvious to anyone who isn’t a misogynist that he has a major drink/drug problem. No one cares, because he’s now the ‘Keith Richards’ of acting. If his lawyer had a clue, he’d tell him to pay Amber generously and wrap up the case because he’s looking the worst. Amber’s younger, pretty and will work again.

    I don’t think it’s Depp and Heard. They haven’t been in the same building at all. They’ve been in different countries! Johnny is in Ibiza and before he was touring with the Hollywood Vampires. And Amber has been flying back and forth between London and LA. It can’t be them.

    Some of the comments here make me sick. It’s clear this is Depp and Heard and it’s also clear he has a problem. If she’s a gold digger or not, that’s not for us to judge. He married her and should have know at the time what he was doing. But the guy is aggressive and everybody knows!! There are videos!! I will never understand people defending him. He needs treatment, he needs to knowledge his mistakes. No matter how much you admire him as an actor, it should not excuse him of the things…

    I’m really surprised at the number of comments here siding with Depp, when Ace has given us MULTIPLE blinds about Johnny Depp being a violent alcoholic drug addict who has been violent toward other women in the past. What’s it going to take for people to accept that he isn’t the person they want him to be?

    Income earned during the marriage offset by expenses divided in half. That’s it. It doesnt matter who was mean to who or who leaked what. This is before a judge in family court. There is no jury.
    I’m no family law atty but she is entitled to something and if she is hurting for cash, I dont see why the court cant order some payment be made to her while the divorce is pending.

    Surprised by so many commenters vitriol towards Heard. I have worked in the industry for years and Johnny has carefully hidden his drug and alcohol abuse successfully for years. I have a strong feeling that he did in fact abuse her, drugs and booze make things escalate out of control quickly.

    This was never about Amber wanting to be the crusader for DV victims like HER camp portrays the situation, it’s about breaking away with some cash so she can do her own thing. She never acted married. I’ve known couples who get into it with each other and sadly, one can end up bruised…but is one more guilty than the other if their both shoving and throwing things? She’s hoping her violent tendency and drug use never comes out so her daddy doesn’t hear about it (he already knows)

    Frankly, it’s the way that Depp’s team have been behaving in feeding stories to the press that convinced me that Heard is telling the truth.

      I agree. It makes him look so bad. I think she has some issues and is very immature but victim-blaming is disgusting. If he were innocent, he wouldn’t be going all out like he is to discredit her.

    Being an attorney who has done more than a few depositions, it seems to me that Ms. Heard has something to hide. When you show up for a depo, but basically deny to be questioned under oath by opposing counsel, that is a really bad sign. And then when you miss the next scheduled hearing due to personal travel, tells me you are ducking being questioned. And the leaks are to show just that.

      My feelings are, he caught her with her girlfriend, probably more than once. Which set him off. She has had this planned from before the wedding. He was in love, she was in love with his money.

    Has to be Depp and Heard. I am so glad there are not any kids involved in this train wreck. I for one can’t wait until this mess is settled so we can move on to something else. They are both out to destroy the other, so of course any “leaks” are going to be from the other party.

    The Depps. Sad that they can’t work it out quickly and privately. I’m convinced that Hollywood actors should never marry. Just have long relationships and move-on when/if necessary without the mess of divorce.

    I’ve known since this all came about that his team was on a smear campaign about her. It’s tragic. This is how abusers get away with it by making the victim look like a liar and crazy. Sadly, I’ve experienced this second hand (a family member did this exact same thing to his girlfriend).

      Yes, as most articles written about the divorce almost always seem to depict her in a bad light while seemingly making him the Saint. Depp is very influential and has done so much to publicly take this girl down and make her seem crazy. The court of public opinion is already against her because she doesn’t have as much power as him.

      Great comment! It upsets me that comments on these JD/AH divorce blinds, forget all the other blinds about JD ducking her calls and living with MM to avoid her when it seemed she really cared about his well being. I don’t think she is the money grubbing villain that the tabloids and JDs team make her out to be – but his PR team seem to have been set up from “I Do” that this was going to eventually happen.

      Agreed! I used to love him as an actor. Throughout all of these antics, though, he now disgusts me by using his power in this manner. Man up and take responsibility and do something with that horrible hair! People can think what hey want of her but blaming the victim isn’t right.

    They could schedule the depo in her living room & she would still find a way to not do it. Im literally smh & lmao at how she is getting away with all of this. She spent pretty much the whe marriage gathering evidence against him. If shes such a victim of abuse get out after 1st alleged attack. Shes so fortunte to have means many victims do not to relocate. Why because there was no abuse IMO after reading the police report + her continually looking to get out of the depo

    Reportedly Amber refused to participate in the deposition, and was acting somewhat hysterical. I didn’t even wonder that much about who leaked this information, as I think Amber comes across as a gold-digger who is a bit crazy anyway. But I am sure Depp has a streak of crazy too, and it’s probably no picnic living with him. Still, I have never liked Amber for some reason.

      A famous astrologer ran his chart and said that he has anger issues and violence in his chart, so what Amber’s been claiming all along may very well be true. Which means the women denying his violent tendencies were likely paid to lie.

      Agreed, I remember reading an interview with Amber in some fashion magazine, after they had become a couple officially. She talked about how, on set, she had impressed Johnny with her knowledge on old blues artists or something and I thought to myself “this chick had a plan all along, I’m sure she read up on him and his interests before they started working together to make it seem as though they were soulmates..”

      I have a relative that did the same thing. Claimed abuse and then “everyone was against her” when it was actually her that always hit first. Those fluttering eyes on the court steps was terrible acting. Breaking down in church, the conspiracy theories… Sorry but Johnny is the victim
