Drama Queen Lies

drama queen 1[Blind Gossip] This actress is a drama queen and a compulsive liar. Has been for years. Someone close to the situation explains her most recent drama.

You have to understand that she just lies a hundred times a day. I honestly don’t think that she even realizes that she’s doing it. She lies about being sober. She lies about being pregnant. She lies about everything.

I was missing a bathing suit and then I saw her wearing it. I asked her where she got it, and she said she bought it the other day. Uhhh, no, because I actually bought it three years ago and it isn’t even being made anymore!

When I told her that I had the exact same one, but that I bought mine three years ago and that it was now missing, I thought she would laugh and admit “Oh, yeah, I borrowed it from your drawer.” Instead she said, “Well, it’s mine, but if you like, you can borrow mine sometime.” She offered to lend me MY OWN BATHING SUIT! She was totally serious when she said it, too. She just can’t help herself. If she opens her mouth, a lie comes out.

She may not be a teenager anymore… but she is definitely still a drama queen!

    Why? I don’t think she has a genuine friend/person looking out for her in the world. Plus: mood disorder. I do think she has changed her life, somewhat and for that reason people need to stop throwing her ancient past in her face. The public fight with (ex) fiance was a shame.

    Lohan. The poor girl never had a normal childhood and has 2 nut jobs for parents. She keeps repeating the same behavior because that’s all she knows. However, if she really can see that her life needs to change, there is help out there. But in Hollywood, you get more attention by acting out and causing a scene.

    I didn’t even have to read the whole thing to know this was about Lindsay Lohan. I don’t believe one minute that she was sober at some point. She just got better at hiding her trainwreck ways for a little while.

    I believe she is not pregnant, high as kite and I also believe that all “her” money comes from being a sugar baby. That Egor dude was probably as an addict as she is.

    Why does she lie? A combination of genetics (parents are both crazy) and environment (got submerged in the Hollywood cesspool at a young age) led to her being seriously messed up.

She lies as she was raised that way and finds that when it works people don’t confront her about it so she doesn’t have to feel anything uncomfortable inside of herself and learn and grow. Probably why she uses drugs and booze so readily too. Everything to keep herself away from her self.

    she’s used to being enabled, spoiled, & allowed to lie. sounds like even her friend didn’t stand up to her for stealing & lying to her face! the hangers-on don’t want to lose the perks of having a “celeb friend” , so they enable her. in turn, she feels justified in her behavior bc she knows they’re using her for “fame” proximity, sex, etc

    I think she was just raised in a really screwed up environment. Her Mom was the typical fame-hungry stage mom living vicariously through Lindsay, and her Dad was a drugged-out hot head. She really didn’t have a chance at normalcy.

    Narcissists lie and need to lie. It’s a requirement, like air or water. Narcissists are usually very damaged people as a result of trauma, neglect and abuse as a child. In rare cases it can be a result of a over indulged childhood.

    I would guess Lindsay Lohan’s narcissism comes from her messed up parents and the burden they put on her to be the family breadwinner at such a young age.

    my brother actually lies about everything for no apparent reason and will come up with an elaborate story in a heartbeat and will be convinced that’s it’s the truth even though it isn’t.

    Lindsay Lohan. Sadly, I think she has serious mental health issues that cause this behavior. Based solely on what entertainment media has reported over the years, she seems to have a combination of a few things like borderline personality disorder (extreme emotions, unstable relationships), and histrionic disorder (desperate need for attention). Lying is associated with both of these. She has admitted to ADHD which may make it hard for her to remember past mistakes and anticipate consequences.

      I’m right there with you on the Borderline Personality Disorder guess. I’ve been close to two personality disordered people (one with BPD and one with narcissistic personality disorder), and both were pathological liars. Lying about anything and everything was their ‘normal’/business as usual behavior, just like Lohan.
