Kanye Calls Taylor Swift A Bitch

I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous.

When someone dared to tell tell Kanye that his lyrics were misogynistic, Kanye took to Twitter to rant.

3rd thing I called Taylor and had a hour long convo with her about the line and she thought it was funny and gave her blessings

Taylor Swift’s publicist denies that ever happened.

Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single Famous on her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual lyric, “I made that bitch famous.”

Wait a minute. If Taylor didn’t know the lyrics… how did she know that the song was misogynistic? Perhaps Kanye told her about the line about having sex with her, but skipped the “Bitch” part?

Anyway, Kanye seems to think that calling a woman “Bitch” is fine.

He then went on to claim that the lyric was Swift’s idea.

5th thing I’m not even gone take credit for the idea … it’s actually something Taylor came up with … She was having dinner with one of our friends whose name I will keep out of this and she told him I can’t be mad at Kanye because he made me famous! #FACTS

Kanye’s friend is also a friend of Taylor’s. It’s someone famous. Taylor is not happy with that person right now.

    I don’t think that Kanye told Taylor the full extent of the lyrics. I also think that it is rude and patronizing to call someone the B-word. Why is it these guys get a pass on using language like that? As though they think that all women have such low self-esteem that it is acceptable to say that, and to think of women in those terms? A friend of mine does research into music’s impact on society, and for the past five years or so societal behavior is being molded by MUSIC!

It wouldn’t even surprise me if she DID give this lyric her blessing, knowing it would cause an outrage and cause a huge outpouring of public support. That saves her from having to take a hiatus when people got sick of seeing her face everywhere. Now she can extend her time in the spotlight that much longer. Shrewd.

    He never made her famous anyway, she had a number one album and the fact that he was disgruntled that she was receiving and AWARD goes to show that she was receiving recognition for it. He just tried to hijack it.

      I think it’s the opposite case. His name recognition increased after that situation – even the president was heard calling him a j*ck*ss on an open mic. He was not known to many outside of a certain age group prior to that particular MTV Video Award broadcast but he was shown repeatedly on every form of news medium because of his obnoxious behavior. Taylor reaped publicity for being the victim of his outburst, but she was more universally known before that incident than he.

      Anyway, if Taylor is now upset with this friend, does that mean she really said Kanye made her famous? She had to be kidding since she was already famous before the incident.
