[Blind Gossip] When reality stars commit to a show, it is their JOB to share their personal lives and their drama on camera. If they refuse to share their personal lives, they get fired. If they can’t bring the drama, they get fired.
The contract for this TV show contract does allow for the negotiation of story line exceptions (e.g. if the drama involves a cast member’s child). However, in general, major story lines are expected to be used for the benefit of the show and the network.
This reality star was not bringing the story lines or the drama, and was on the verge of being fired. Then, when she finally did get a story line of her own, she did something incredibly foolish. She sold the pinnacle of the story it to an outside party for a small pile of cash.
That was dumb (and classless). Time for her to count that pile of money she just got… and start looking for a new job! She’s done.
