burglar-1[Blind Gossip] The best way to get people to pay attention to a story? Put out multiple versions of it!

This family is a master of doing this, and the latest crime story is no exception. The number of people involved, the presence or absence of security, the sequence of events, what materials were used, what items were taken, how they were valued, what was said, how she reacted, etc. are being manipulated for maximum dramatic impact and to keep people talking. The only constant is that she is the victim.

If they put out one version of a story, it’s over in a day. So they will quietly put out multiple versions with different details. It doesn’t matter if it’s accurate or if it makes any sense. The more versions there are, the more people argue over it, the longer legs the story has. Then they will come in with a prepared statement that will match the police report and present the family in the best possible light. They are also lining up a marketing partner or partners. Everyone in the family will be coached on their individual reactions for maximum marketing impact.

Nice to see that everyone has their priorities straight!

    Was Kim Kardashian robbed..yes bht was she even there???? Now they are saying a friend who is her hairstylist was staying there but was asleep. I think she was “busy” elsewhere and came home after the fact. There is no tell tell marks on her from having been zipped tied.

    These people have no shame. The story has sounded fishy every since the news broke. Staying at a place with no address, bodyguard just happen to not be there, she had to beg for her life, 4 or 5 men, alone in the unit, all jewelry taken because a swanky dwelling of these caliber has no safe, if there was a safe not forced to open. Come on!

    Armed robbery of expensive rental properties is very common in the South of France, so I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be in Paris during fashion week, especially when someone is flaunting so much wealth.

    I think the mixed up versions of the story make it seem less and less believable.

      Way too many inconsistencies, things that happened which are implausable. This has become a joke, especially that she showed up at her NYac apartment with a 15 car motorcade, dressed to the nines, full hair and make up looking normal as usual.

    First and only thing I thought was insurance scam. The rumors keep getting louder that everyone in that family of shrews is not even close to the wealth that they’d like us to believe. And that includes Kanye, Tyga and Rob’s trick. Plus they’re getting desperate to stay in the public eye.

    I was so pleased this morning to see that the vast majority of comments on articles about this were either crying ‘insurance fraud’, or were convinced it was a publicity stunt. It’s clear that the public at large is completely over this family. No wonder their show is tanking. Please dear god let the end of them be in sight. #GTFOkardashians

    Kim K. And yeah, several things sound “off” about this robbery. For one thing, she had REAL jewelry on her person and in a locked box while in the hotel? The jewels borrowed from the fashion people were most likely real but I doubt the K’s would be carrying that much money in real jewels. Rich people wear copies while keeping the real ones in safety deposit boxes. Also, how dud Kim untie herself in order to text to Kanye? And why did her bathroom door lock from the OUTSIDE?

    That was the first story I heard, then the second story was changed to say that she was tied up and locked in the bathroom.

    I always thought Kris Jenner claiming that someone had stolen only the most expensive and exclusive couture items from her suitcase in Austria to be a joke. Even when she was reporting it, the two government officials looked like they were somewhere between laughing and rolling their eyes. Then she complained about getting out of this awful country. Seriously. Vienna, Austria? It was like she was a Beverly Hillbilly. Insurance people might want to watch that before paying this.

    Was waiting for a BG story on this because it’s hard to believe she was really robbed liked that. Tied her up bound and gagged in the bathroom but she conveniently was about to free herself after they left? Gee that doesn’t sound like something straight out of TV or movie plot does it. Lots of stories of crimes on the news, never heard that one in real life.

    I’ve heard as well as read it was 5 men dressed in police uniforms. Then I read it was only 2 men.
    I also believe I heard they arrive by cars, but then escaped on BICYCLES!!??
    And if she was tied up (one report also said she was handcuffed), how did she escape to call her sisters?
    Where were her two children at the time?

This robbery seemed to be an inside job. How did they know where to go? They should be fined for filing a false report. it probably seemed too real for the vapid kim. They are too much.

      Too many people write stuff like this without thinking. Look, I’m no fan, but I don’t wish death on anyone. She’s a mother to two beautiful kids. We could argue she might not be a great mother, but those kids shouldn’t have to grow up motherless. I’m glad she’s alive and well, in spite of the fact that she’s annoying as ever.

      Yeah. The whole thing. Shame it got on the real news; I almost believed it really happened there for a second. NBC helpfully showed footage of Kim telling the whole Internet she was leaving her roomful of jewels, and mentioned that it might have been an inside job. Yeah, I’ll bet. *eyeroll*

      Hopefully a high end hotel like that had it’s own security cameras rolling and the Parisian police will not play along their stupid games. Hopefully it will show people entering the place for something other than to commit theft. Something happened that they had to resort to this.

If I were robbed at gunpoint, and begged for my life (like Kim claimed she did), I would have been at home holding my children tight, thanking God, and not wanting to leave my home, but where was Kim, in NY, out and about in front of the cameras, once again!!!! Kim is lying, big time, and I hope she’s exposed!

How could a source have known the details of what happened if Kim was, supposedly, alone and locked in the bathtub when the robbery happened? Why was she alone while her only bodyguard was with her sisters? Why was there only one bodyguard? I know they’re dumb, but they can’t be dumb.

Maybe they also want insurance to pay them for the jewels that were “stolen”. They may leak some “private” photos that were “stolen” from the phones.     Who knows. Could be that they were sick of having Brangelina or the election knock them out of the spotlight. Could be that they spend too much and need the insurance money.     I thought the whole story sounded….fishy. I read on another site that they were theorizing she was alone because she was “entertaining” a “gentleman friend” and got robbed as a result. Which would actually make sense for why there was no security or anyone else around. Also, are bathrooms different in France? How do you lock someone in a bathroom, don’t they lock from the inside? This whole family is exhausting.

      I thought the similarities to Lochte’s situation was too good to be true. I believe something did happen but it has been exaggerated beyond all proportion. I just really really hope the French police will unearth the real version of things and expose these blood suckers once and for all, just like Lochte was exposed. Obviously the Kardashians took note of how much publicity the situation garnered.

      Disregarding the complete naivety of much of the young Twitter crowd and how they’ll believe anything, and keep gassing on about it, I’m just too long in the tooth and cynical to not suspect a reality story TV plotline in here somewhere where the Carcrashians are concerned. They’ve cried wolf so much they’ve made me a cynic, lol.

      Maybe it is true. But the trouble is they LIE and attention seek SO much why would anyone possibly know what’s true or made up with these guys anyway?
