Perhaps it’s because she is somewhat famous, but not for any definable reason.

She was once married to someone famous, but only for a year. Calling her an actress would a stretch, because she almost always appears on shows as herself. She was signed to a modeling agency for less than a year a long time ago, so she really isn’t a model by profession. She has made guest appearances on other people’s reality shows, but has never had her own show, so you can’t really call her a reality star.

She was finally accepted by the show after she pledged to promote it on her social media accounts at least three times a week while the show is in progress. The producers may not care that much about her… but they do care about her millions of followers!

    I’m going with everyone and saying Amber Rose.

    Although she is still only a marginal celebrity (5/10 or so), I’m dismayed that people give her such a hard time.

    She is clever, witty and in my opinion groundbreaking. Although I hate reality shows, we need to finally admit that they are a legitimate and powerful force in popular culture. Why does talent have to be about acting or singing to be valid? Get out of the 20th century, people.

    Don’t see why she was rejected. They have probably had every Kardashian by now, and my goodness, the “celebrities” they have on there otherwise are lucky if they can reach 2 on the celebrity meter. Every season, I have heard of maybe a third of them. The pro dancers are more famous at this point.

      sorry, I meant Amber rose! same thing, though. Although Amber was with a legit A Lister (Kanye) who created her… her style quickly plummeted once he wasn’t around to dress her anymore
