Ha! Giada aging, you think? I swear every time I see her show I think she gets softer and softer filtered lens/lighting as part of her contract. She’s starting to have that blurred no line Barbara Walters on air effect. : )

Right. Nor does Melissa D’Arabian(sp?) nor Paula Deen, nor Rachel Ray, nor Martha Stewart qualify as chefs. Has to be Giada or Ina (though Ina is on the east coast). Maybe Anne Burrell (sp?) though I don’t think it’s Chef Anne.
Since it mentioned Beverly Hills, I have to go with Giada. The others already mentioned are mostly Eastcoasters. Besides, does Ina ever leave her garten?

that’s what I was thinking – most of them are based out of New York somewhere. Giada doesn’t look as botoxed as Sandra Lee – do you know where she is from??
Sandra Lee is from New York (her partner is Andrew Cuomo, the current governor). Also, has others have mentioned, she isn’t exactly what one would call a “chef”.
That said, I’m going with Giada.

Giada De Laurentiis is the most obvious guess. I’m surprised she’s resorted to this because she’s really not that old, but her face has this manic, crazed quality that’s not too far from Meg Ryan’s scary mug.
(And clearly, I’m not the only one who noticed the soft lighting in her TV shows. I can only imagine how harsh she looks in real life!)
I’m going to jump on board with the Giada guess, but I see her at all the events(I’m a chef) and she is quite pretty in person.

well it’s either i would think giada or rachel ray. there is also that blond middle aged chef (skinny) but i don’t remember her name but it could be her too since she’s older but still pretty. if it is rachel ray – it hasn’t helped! she looks terrible (the smoking has screwed her face up) giada looks amazing so if it’s her it looks natural…. who knows?!
