Parent is unhappy with Child for continuing in a relationship that is sure to end in heartbreak. Child is annoyed that Sibling is scoring more work than Child and not including Child in the most lucrative projects. And Sibling is unhappy with Parent’s management of their career. Perhaps Child can lighten the mood by spilling the news that Sibling’s SO is consulting with a divorce attorney. Let’s all give thanks for family! Will someone please pass the sweet potatoes?

The whole blind is gender neutral, which made me think it could be brothers or a brother/sister pair, but I can’t think of anybody other than the Kardashians that even remotely fit.

I may be wrong, but I think you consult with a family law attorney (also called divorce attorney) even when you are not married but when there is at least one child in the picture.
Which would not rule out the Simpsons.
It could be, for example, that Jessica’s guy is now consulting with a family lawyer so he can dump Jessica but collect money for his part in creating their child.
Or it could be Kourtney as the sibling with her main guy wanting to leave but wanting money for their child. Dunno

I don’t think the Child/Sibling can’t be Khloe and Kourtney (and vice versa). This line “child is annoyed that Sibling is scoring more work than Child and not including Child in the most lucrative projects” makes no sense if it was Kourtney and Khloe.. I think they both have the same amount of work going on and I can’t think of any “lucrative” projects either of them are apart of that the other would be jealous of.
Also, the fact that the Sibling knows that the Child’s SO is consulting with a divorce attorney leads me to believe that the Sibling and the Child’s SO are possibly close? Khole and Scott aren’t close, Kourtney and Lamar aren’t close.

I think it works better if Child is Kourtney and Sibling is Rob. Kourtney could be annoyed that Rob’s getting all this attention from being on DWTS when she’s got nothing going on. Rob’s somewhat close to Scott.. Scott could be consulting the attorney to discuss custody issues?
