Sooooo, what’s NE trying to say: he should’ve obtained a Liar Loan for the ring?!?!? I, personally, don’t see the big deal – we should all have someone care about us that much. That was earnest money obtained from an earnest living. If we’re now upon a time when that’s no longer good enough for people, then IMHO, we’re in trouble.
I don’t know what NE was trying to say, but I think if you can’t afford it, you shouldn’t buy it. I am guessing that selling turkeys did not cover a $70K ring.
