Agree on JT. This column’s articles usually have a theme going for the people they feature, and if I’m not mistaken, the “hair plugs” theme belongs to JT, while the “grin” theme belongs to TC. If this were a TC article, it’d mention the grin, IMHO.

the clues seem to point to JT. Just on a magazine cover featuring the new baby. The Hair Club for Men reference; he usually wears a piece, but on occasion appears without. The organization being joked about; The Church of Scientology.

I honetly think JT was caught off guard with the baby thing. I imagine it was tough for him. Had it been me, I probably would have a hard time “bonding” with a new baby too. He must be very torn. By all appearances, he is a devoted father. But because of that, there might be alot of mixed emotions about another child, especially if he was not given approval on concieving one. I doubt ANY one at this point thinks that child was concieved naturally.

Not only not conceived naturally, but probably used a surrogate as well. Kelly’s belly looked so freakin’ fake and she is already back to pre-pregnancy size. At age 48? Whatever.
I’m not much of a Travolta fan and agree that Kelly’s pregnancy is suspect but I honestly think he cares about his children.
I agree completely. Not a fan of his, really, but I believe he loved Jet deeply and this new baby not of his choice has thrown his world completely out of whack. What a weird, weird situation he’s in.

It’s John Travolta. Those clues are almost too easy – the hair, the magazine cover (he’s on this week’s People), the organization (Scientology). I feel very sorry for him because I feel like he wants to leave Scientology and come out but he can’t because of Kelly and the kids.

Whether this actual blind is about John Travolta (I believe it is), how sad sad sad for someone to be held hostage by their religion! I believe religion is supposed to support you and love you unconditionally and care for you — not threaten to destroy your life if you decide not to pursue that path anymore. I can’t imagine my pastor (I used to be Lutheran) divulging all my deepest, darkest secrets because I left the church… my pastor told me he understood my views and said I was always welcome back, or even always welcome to just talk to him as a friend.

I don’t know anything about West Hollywood (I live in Atlanta) but he might’ve picked a small, discreet place? I can’t imagine him walking into a “TGIFriday’s of gay bars” and not expecting to be photographed/recognized. Maybe he was at a private table/room even in disguise and BG’s source is a server or management.
Wow, John is joking about Scientology so he has had it with them, good! I guess Kelly and the fake baby bump is keeping the pressure on him. So he probably resents her and the baby is not even his so he does not want to bond with it, don’t blame him. More and more “boys night out stories” with him. Right after the baby was born he hopped his jet with the boys to ski and not hang out with his new son. That was suspect.
I think John wants it to all be blown sky high and maybe force Kelly into dumping him or something like that but she hangs on. Why else is he so suddenly out like he’s always been to the point it’s not even a well kept secret any more.
He’s kinda like the guy who wants to break up someone but doesn’t want to look like the bad guy for being the one to actually end it so he just treats his partner really badly hoping that will force them the other person to finally get sick of it and initiate the break up. Then he is the dumped person and gets the sympathy.
