BlindGossip – A few years ago, it seemed this actress was cast in nearly every project. However, after an initial burst of fame, she wasn’t very discriminating about which roles she picked. A few bombs later, she fell out of the limelight. Wanting to make a comeback with a strong new look, she cut her long hair into a shorter, more contemporary style. Bad move. She was now too boyish looking to land anything. So she had hair extensions put in using a glue bonding process to return her to a more feminine look. Prior to one audition, she made the mistake of using a hot iron to straighten her hair. During the audition, she ran her fingers through her hair a little too roughly and pulled out a couple of the extensions right in front of the director. She was left standing there with a fistful of hair and a very red face, babbling about how she couldn’t understand how this could possibly happen when she paid so much money for the extensions, etc.

sienna miller. she was all over the place a few years back but aside from g.i. joe recently she hasn’t been in the limelight much. her hair was really short a while back but it’s long again. and i think “burst” and “bombs” are clues about g.i. joe. – plus she’s a blond like in the pic.
and by not in the limelight i mean film-wise. she’s certainly been in the tabloids. but the blind implies limelight as in movie success, i think.

She dropped off the radar for a bit after having the kids, but she was in Ironman (500M) and is filming Ironman 2, so it aint’ her.
The first part of the blind suggests Nicole Kidman. The rest sounds like someone a lot younger.
Whoever it is, I hope she is smarter, if given another chance.
Nicole Kidman did film a bunch of movies from 2004-2008, but most bombed or just did alright at the box office. She does not deserve the $10-$20M price tag per film at this point since she is not a box-office draw. She should only be part of a cast.

Rachel Mcadams didn’t have any bombs! – she did two small indie films – most indie films don’t “dominate the box office” – and she was in state of play and opened time traveler’s wife – which did very well at the box office – and she is in sherlock holmes in december – i holdly think she has hard time getting roles – and she is tooooo gorgeous to look like a boy ever!
i do agree with you point now that you say it. i thought of her new movies as a recent comeback, but i think you are correct. what about keira knightly? she used to be in a lot of movies and was only recently in the duchess. She also had her hair short at one point?

She’s doing a master’s in public policy at Harvard. I heard an interview with her just a couple weeks ago. Probably doesn’t have much time for acting at the moment.

Anne Hathaway is working/has future projects lined up . . . I think different ideas’ guess of Amy Smart is interesting. I remember that she was, indeed, getting lots of jobs a while back and I recall hearing her name and seeing it in print often, but not knowing who she was and couldn’t pick her out of a crowd.
But, Gwenyth Paltrow fits for me cuz she did the “baby mama cut off all her hair thing”, then reappeared with the long hair, legs, etc.
