BlindGossip – You would think that an actress who has over 30 credits to her name would have put away some serious coin over the years. However, this one doesn’t appear to be managing her money well. She went shopping recently, racking up about a thousand dollars worth of purchases in a short amount of time. She presented her credit card. Denied. She presented a second credit card. Denied.
The actress accused the salesperson of not knowing how to process a credit card transaction. The salesperson held her tongue and simply smiled and asked the actress if she wanted to pay cash. The actress snapped that she wasn’t stupid enough to carry that type of cash around with her. She pulled out another credit card. Third time was a charm. What has she done with all her money? We hope it didn’t go up her nose.

It’s all over the news today that Pamela Anderson is in debt. I don’t know about her movie credits, or if the leaked porn would count, but I thought I would throw her out there.

I agree. She’s old enough to fit this description. And I checked IMDB for the 30+ credits, which she does have (amazingly enough).
30+ movie credits already and she still hasn’t been sent back to the plant to have her parts recycled into something less annoying. Wow.
I retract my Lohan suggestion and am sticking to the Pam guess. Others have pointed out reasons why Lohan would not be the answer, and they totally make sense.
The clue “over the years” indicate this actress is older. Lindsay is a known spender so of course she doesn’t save. “Third times the charm”, maybe Shannen Doherty from Charmed.

Well, I don’t know who this actress could be, but I will tell you one thing and that is Priscilla Presley and daughter, Lisa Marie, are in big trouble financially. MGM is on the verge of bankruptcy, and thats where their cash is. Priscilla is on the board od Directors of MGM (pretty sure she bought her way in trhough stock purchase, maybe Elvis owned stock), and MGM’s subsiderary is United Artists, of which, Tom Cruise of half owner/operator. So, there must be some heavy, urgent running around thrying to prop up that major studio at the moment.

there is no way that either Presley is in trouble financially—both still hold a huge chunk of the Elvis estate and he makes more money dead than many celebrities do alive.
Lisa Marie is currently worth $952 million thanks to her father’s estate and her mother works for her and the company/estate- I seriously doubt either is in any financial trouble.
Not disputing or arguing the fact, and do appreciate input, but thought you might be interested: Lisa Marie sold her rights to the Elvis Presley image, name, music, likeness for $100 USD (US dollars).

ON IMDB Pam Anderson only has 29 credits as an “actress” and only eleven or so appear to be movies, including TV movies, as opposed to TV series. Most of her credits aren’t as an “actress” but as “herself” (an amazing 130 credits).

I like the Pam Anderson guess. I think the picture is a clue we all should be thinking “plastic.” I can’t think of anybody more famous for being plastic (at least in the boob area) and rumored to be in debt than Pammy.

i dont think this is pam. she donates money to animal charities every year(and others). she gets money from tommy for the kids. and shes not the sort of celebrity you hear about being a witch towards everyday people(like the sales person).. it would have to be someone a bit more rough around the edges..
okay i think i narrowed my choices down. my guess is shannon doherty. the charmed reference. shes known to be a little witch! and shes been acting since childhood which gives her a lot of credits and shes over 30.

Pamela Anderson, it is all over the news and when you think of Pam the word plastic always comes to mind.
I don’t think Pam Anderson for two reasons, one is good and one is silly.
ONE: You never hear anyone say anything negative about Pam. It seems as if she’s a nice lady and people like her.
TWO: Years ago, my cousin was invited somehow to a party at Pam’s home in Malibu. My cousin went with friends. My cousin is a mousy court reporter who doesn’t run with the Hollywood crowd at all. I’m still shocked she was at Pam’s house. Anyway, my cousin told me that Pam couldn’t have been any more nice or polite or welcoming to my cousin. Pam may have issues, but because she welcomed my cousin into her home and showed my cousin hospitality, I choose to believe that this BI is not about her. Yeah, I told you it was silly.
