BlindGossip – We’ve watched this acting couple raise a family over the years. What we didn’t know was that while he and his missus were in an earlier stage of their relationship, he had a brief fling that produced a child. The child’s name is similar to the father’s, but the last name is the mother’s, so it’s not obvious that they are related. The fling has been receiving money from the father for several years without any kind of legal agreement, and the amounts keep going up. Every time he balks at paying, the fling threatens to tell his wife. Play with fire and you’re going to get burned.

‘acting couple’ means both parties are actors. christy turlington is a model. doesn’t fit. even if she’s randomly done some acting, which i’m not sure she has, she is in no way considered an actor.
The picture is of Ben Franklin…so maybe it’s a Ben? He was in Smokin’ Aces, 200 Cigarettes (bartender?, Boiler Room, etc and…well..there were quite a few explosions in Pearl Harbor, Armageddon, Bounce, etc. I guess I would expect to see a movie with the word burn in it.

Surely Warren Beatty was enough of a man-ho back in the Studio 54 days that Annette wouldn’t be surprised by any kids popping out of the woodwork. I’m thinking this has got to be a couple without much scandal attached to their name, maybe even someone with a fairytale image that wouldn’t want any negativity attached to them. And you couldn’t necessarily rule out an actor whose kids produced in wedlock are 18+, because this is an informal agreement, not child support, so age wouldn’t limit the secret mama’s moneygrubbing ways.

At first I thought the fire/burn thing could be a play on a name, and hoped it wasn’t the lovely Gabriel Byrne. But he’s not married so I’m going to plump for one of the two above.
Okay, these two guesses are getting closer, but aren’t quite there yet. I don’t think Denzel’s wife is seen as an actress, more a stay-at-home-mom. M. Anthony, even though he’s done some acting, definitely more of a recognized singer. And, given J. Lo’s predisposition for unfaithfulness, I don’t think Marc’s turning up with a “love child” would be that big of a deal for her. Remember, she was seeing him the entire time he was married to Dayanara & she dating/married to everybody else.
Since most of these H’wood unions are either shams, beards or PR stunts, then it has to be a marriage deemed “serious/legit” by the industry, and presumably, the parties involved. This is a hard one, because most of the folks mentioned thus far know the drill. I don’t think any one of them would abdicate the status that comes with one of their marriages because of a “little indiscretion”. Pppfffhhhppffhhh, especially not Jen Garner!

Maybe the fling is the woman actress in Burn Notice. She has three kids.
Also, I think the fling must be known, because the blind mentions that the child has the mother’s last name and, thus, is not recognizable as the husband’s illegitimate child. That implies that the child’s name (and, thus, the mother’s) is known to us. The fling is probably a less famous but working actress.
I sort of took this to mean that the last name would be recognizable if it were the same as the dad’s, not so much that the mom’s name is recognizable. If a working actress was sneaking around with another celeb, surely there would have been rumors galore — especially if 9 months later she gave birth to a kid who’s father remained unnamed, but the kid shared a first name with someone she’s been seen with?
However, any woman in Hollywood sporting a kid with the last name “Affleck” would get questions!

Thinking of actors with “known” last names and apparently legit marriages, what about David Arquette for the father? Very well know last name, and he and CCA were/are?? legit as a couple. Plus, I get the feeling if CCA knew about any cheating, she would dump him in a heartbeat. Any takers on who the fling could be? That she has been getting money for “several years” suggests the child is at least three, perhaps older, but probably not a teen.
But this has to be THREE famous people! Who is the other woman. If we are to know that the child’s name sounds similar to the father, than this woman must be an actress.

The way the blind is written leads me to believe this couple has been together for a long time. Robbins and Susan Sarandon have been married forever. All clues point straight to Ben. So the question is, who did Ben dated right after he broke up with JLo? Then, check and see if she has a son with a name similar to either Ben or Affleck as the clue says.
Another thing, the clue refers to the wife as missus, which means either wife or mistress. Was Jen Garner Ben’s mistress before being his wife? I know she dumped her husband for Michael Vartan and then dumped him for Ben Affleck.
And to top it all, I agree with Candi and Jane Doe, Violet resembles too much to Victor Garber for him not to be her father, unless Victor is Ben’s missing father. @__@

Her name is Enza Sambataro, she has a son by the name of Michael with her first husband that she married after dating Ben. Now divorced and engaged to some Red Sox player. All this in the last 4 years since dating Ben. The girl works faster than a hollywood harlet! It’s scary the things you can find on the internet about a person. Anyways, Benjamin Affleck/ Michael, I don’t see a connection. I think Ben and Jen were the subject of a previous blind item where the actress is afraid of her husband actor finding out that their first child is the product of a fling she had with a previous costar. If they aren’t, they should be because Violet is a dead ringer for Victor Garber.
