    I was vegan for for a few months but missed cheese REALLY bad. Vegan cheese is awful! Have been veggie for 2 years…I could never go back to eating meat for ethical reasons.

    I stopped eating meat 27 years ago and the health benefits are extraordinary – though I did it for more PETA-like reasons. When I had a colonoscopy the doc said ‘You have the colon of a twenty year old.’ (Weird but welcome compliment.) Save animals, the planet and yourself all at the same time….
