[Blind Gossip] This photo blind item is a bit unusual in that it does not include the celebrity’s face.

We were fascinated – and a bit confused – by this recent photo of a celebrity’s hand. Many people would look at it and think that there is nothing unusual about the bracelet, or the ring on the fourth finger, or the long, neatly manicured fingernails.

However, this hand belongs to a famous MALE actor! He’s American-born, over 40, and stars in at least ten films every decade. While his hand looks feminine, we have never thought that there was anything effeminate about him.

Take your time guessing this one. You have nothing to lose.

Actor: Matthew McConaughey

This is Matthew “Pretty Hands” McConaughey on the set his upcoming film, The Dark Tower. He is dressed as his character, The Man In Black. No relation to Will Smith.

Below we’ve included a close-up shot of his hand. His long-nailed, neatly manicured hand.

We were a bit relieved to discover that the nails are for a role, and that it’s not a look he is rocking on a permanent basis.

In case you love Stephen King movies – or just love Matthew McConaughey – you might be interested to learn that The Dark Tower is currently in post-production and is scheduled to be released in February 2017. The film also stars Idris Elba as Roland Deschain/The Gunslinger.

    I’ve seen this photo, its matthew while walking with his daughter & wive. Tthere’s even comment about how weirldy long his fingernails are

    It is MatthewMc Conaughey – you can see his long nails in photos from the set of The Dark Tower. It must be for the character he plays. BTW – looks like it will be a good movie!!

    I was searching to see if any of the top guesses were left handed. It would make sense if they played guitar left handed to have long nails.

    It’s got to be someone with light colored hair AND not particularly hairy overall (not super hairy chest) – b/c that hand could pass for a woman’s. That rules out Robert Downey Jr. and Johnny Depp. Matt Damon’s hands wouldn’t pass for a woman’s, either even though he’s blonde. McConaughey would fit that bill, though. Google some pics of his hands….

    And you would be right!! I couldn’t get over how young the guys hands look, so I was determined to solve this one. Check out his pics with this hand in – he has the same fair skin, same thumb arch and the matching freckles, so you got it : )

    I’m going to say Johnny Depp. When he was filming Public Enemies, they put a call out for old cars(model A’s and such) and people who could drive them. For the driving scenes for Johnny they looked at a bunch of females for the close up shots of the hands on the steering wheel. Apparently he had very small hands.

    It’s Matthew Mcconaughey. Saw a pic of him at a recent premiere and same bracelet and mark on index finger. But his nails were short…so this must just be a one off.
