[Blind Gossip] This female celebrity is pretty enough to be a cut out doll. However, she may not be cut out for higher education!
She makes a really big deal out of wearing her school clothing and being a role model for other girls.
She likes that people talk about her as if she’s smart more than she likes putting the work in to actually earn a degree. She barely showed up for class last year. The professors tried to accommodate her “work” schedule (which was really her “party” schedule) but she disrespected them not showing up to class even when she was in town. She already dropped out but hasn’t announced it.
Another student tells us a similar story.
She is dropping out. She has decided that it’s not worth her time. She won’t be attending classes anymore, but don’t be surprised if she still posts a “first day of school” photo in her school hat next year. It’s all a farce.
It sounds like appearing to be smart is her top priority!

Student: Karlie Kloss
The buzz on the NYU campus this month was that model Karlie Kloss is not returning to the school for the fall semester!
Kloss skipped a lot of her college classes last semester, stating that she was just too busy to attend.
In fact, from 2015 to 2018, her attendance fell off dramatically. In 2015, she showed up to class. In 2016, she posed in an NYU sweatshirt at the start of the fall semester, but didn’t make it to class as much. By 2017-2018, she rarely showed up.
Even though Kloss was on an individualized course of study, her non-attendance at the classes for which she did sign up was noticed by the professors and students in her class. School seemed more of a talking point for her resume than an actual commitment.
Although registration for the fall semester began in April, Kloss has failed to sign up for any classes at all.
And now she has an excuse for dropping out: She is getting married to Joshua Kushner!
From The New York Times:
Entrepreneurs to Wed
Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner announced their engagement over Instagram.
Karlie Kloss, the St. Louisan supermodel and girl-coding evangelist, and Joshua Kushner, the venture capitalist and younger brother of Jared Kushner, are to be wed. The two announced their engagement this afternoon with a pair of Instagram posts.
“I love you more than I have words to express. Josh, you’re my best friend and soulmate. I can’t wait for forever together. Yes a million times over,” Ms. Kloss, 25, wrote, punctuating the caption with a ring emoji.
“Fiancé,” Mr. Kushner, 33, wrote more succinctly, with a heart.
They are, in many ways, the vision of a millennial Camelot: good-looking, digitally savvy, adored by celebrities and normals alike. (A full complement of Victoria’s Secret Angels, fashion photographers, editors and the socially ubiquitous have rushed in to offer their good tidings on Instagram: “A lifetime of love and gluten-free thin crust pizza,” wrote the professional man about town Derek Blasberg.)
She runs Klossy, a fashion, media and philanthropic start-up best known for Kode with Klossy, its coding camp for girls, and continues to model — she appeared in Dolce & Gabbana’s show during the recent couture season, and was named a global ambassador of Estée Lauder in April. He is the founder of Thrive Capital, which has invested in start-ups like Hims, an online marketplace that sells solutions for hair loss, erectile dysfunction and skin care for young men shy of their local pharmacist, and Grailed, a resale site for cult street wear and anything bearing the label Supreme. He is also a founder of the health insurance company Oscar Health, one of the start-ups in which Thrive invested.
The pair has been dating since 2012, over which time they have largely avoided public discussion of their love. (“My relationship has nothing to do with this interview,” Ms. Kloss told the Times in March.) She has, at times, ascribed her reticence to a desire for mystery. “Carolina Herrera always says, ‘A woman who’s an open book is boring,’” she told Porter Magazine earlier year. (Ms. Kloss had, perhaps not unrelatedly, appeared in advertisements for Carolina Herrera products. “Congratulations!!!” wrote @CarolinaHerrera on her post.)
Her carefully cultivated privacy may just as likely derive from the ideological gap that separates her (and, reportedly, her fiancé) from her future brother- and sister-in-law, the Washington Kushners. Ms. Kloss has been outspoken in her support of women’s rights and gun control, issues that tend to find favor in Democratic circles. She and Mr. Kushner attended the March for Our Lives in Washington, a gun violence protest planned by the survivors of the Parkland High School shooting. They also attended the 2017 Women’s March. On Nov. 8, 2016, per Instagram, she was #WithHer.
Mr. Kushner’s politics, to judge from his past political donations and attendance at such events, seem to lean Democratic as well.
There’s also the issue of religion: Mr. Kushner is Jewish, and the possible conversion of Ms. Kloss has been an issue of persistent rumor. People magazine reported on Tuesday that she has already converted.
About this, and everything else, Ms. Kloss declined to comment.
“A millennial Camelot”? Oh, please.
At least with Kushner’s investment in Hims, Kloss won’t have to worry about erectile dysfunction or hair loss in her new fiance!
It is noteworthy that the New York Times article does NOT mention that Kloss is a student at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at NYU. NYU is the largest university in New York City and The New York Times usually loves to mention anything New York-related.
In fact, if you check out the engagement announcement on all of the major entertainment sites, they all mention Klossy and Kode with Klossy and Victoria’s Secret and various modeling contracts… but conspicuously leave out any mention of college or NYU.
Given how proud Kloss was of enrolling in college a few years ago, it is telling that the college story is no longer being told.
Let’s see if she pops up in an NYU sweatshirt in the next few weeks.
Congratulations to Ashleyb234 for being first with the correct response!
