CDAN – This producer has had at least one Academy Award nomination for Best Picture. The thing is, he has been the producer of many, many movies, but has never done any actual producing. He takes the producer credit in exchange for a reduced fee in the drugs he supplies to the set.

Yeah, Bruckheimer didn’t get a best picture nomination. Peters could be right… or Michael Mann or Robert Evans?
Though it doesn’t SPECIFY, I’m gonna guess it’s not Robert Evans, because even though I otherwise would, he’s won at least once (because, without looking, wasn’t he one of the BP recipients for The Godfather?), and it only says “nominated at least once.” …But yeah, it still could be him.
If you ever seen the Kid Stays in the Picture you would know that you are way off with that guess, Robert Evans was very very much involved in the movies he produced.

Quentin Tarantino? – he “produced” segments in Sin City, and Grindhouse
Eric Fellner has been nominated for 3 Oscars and never won (Frost/Nixon, Atonement and Elizabeth). It doesn’t say the person has won anything. He’s also produced a great quantity of movies and many are totally different genres.
Jon Peters has had 2 movies the he “Produced” be nominated. “THe Color Purple” and “Rainman”.
